I’ve got picky eaters and ate it pretty well

While it’s not a complete deal breaker, we didn’t get the small bites like we ordered. Luckily our little dog doesn’t have a problem with it aside from not always chewing his food.

I am incredibly happy with this dog food! Our dog has IBS (yes, I know it sounds ridiculous but it is true--diagnosed by two vets), and this brand and formula has been the only food our little guy's tummy can handle! Additionally, the small breed size is perfect for chewing since his mouth is so tiny (10lb Havenese)! We pet sit for our friends a lot, and every single one of their dogs LOVES our guy's food. My MIL has a super picky eater (a Pomeranian) who has snubbed every single brand of dog food EXCEPT for this brand and flavor. In fact, we have turned our whole family of dog owners onto this brand. I switched my 3 dogs (2- 2yrs mini dachshunds and very senior 18yrs+ retriever mix) to this food when the puppies came along. It was game changing, everyone likes it, no more sensitive stomachs, and we have had perfect poopies since. My senior gal has issues keeping weight ON, and we have been able to eliminate the fatty generic canned food because the small bites are easy on her teeth to eat so she eats more of it! Her energy level increased and we joke that she will outlive us all now. My only wish is that the small bites would come in larger sized bags because I find myself buying 5-6 12lbs bags off Amazon because local stores only stock 2-12lbs at a time, so thank goodness for Amazon's infinite quantities!

My dog has food allergies though we can’t seem to pinpoint exactly to what. We were using a prescription food for a bit, which helped, but it was SO expensice. I tried this limited ingredient food and it actually has really helped. My dog enjoys the food and she itches a lot less than the regular formula (which is what she ate before.) we’re going to stick with this over the prescription since this is more affordable. My dog is a 18 lb poodle for reference to the small breed size (she can eat either this or the regular size.)

This has turned out to be the best food for my dog I've found. Because it's chicken and sweet potatoes, it's truly grain free. "Limited Ingredients" means it has less protein, which dogs don't need as much of as they get older.The big benefit is price. The maker doesn't spend as much as Blue on advertising, so the savings are passed on to the buyer.My little Lhasa apso loves it. She's ten, and just as healthy and youthful as she was at five.Read your dog food ingredient list and compare it to those listed here. nuff said.

My dog loves the food, and my daughters dog (who has no teeth) actually eats the food without any challenges because of the small size of the food bites.
