I had broken the rear glass over the phone camera lense so picture taking was compromised leading to my need for a repair. Not wanting to fork over the exorbitant amount of money for an in-store repair or replacement, I found this kit online but was pessimistic that something like this would 1) be of comparable quality to the original and 2) be remotely easy to install. I took a gamble and was really pleasantly surprised. Fearing I would break the whole phone, I was apprehensive to begin the removal of the old phone backer but found the instructions to be on point and the process to be fairly simply (thanks in part to my wife’s hairdryer). Installing the new backer is even easier and my phone was as good as new in less than 10 minutes (plus about 2 hours to allow the adhesive to fully dry).NOTE: Opening up a phone is a sad reminder as to how corrupt the small electronics industry is. Phones are essentially designed to easily break and not be reparable, leading to a massive amount of e-waste and consumer overspending.

1 week update:There's a crack in the glass. There's no way this is tempered or strengthened glass. I didn't drop it or bend it or do anything to stress the phone. It just broke from normal use. The adhesive is OK, not great. The color is way off. Words on the back are way off. Installation kit was good. Mine came with glue on the inside of the camera glass that had to be scraped off.*Update. Company sent me a replacement. Still not great, but decent customer service.

Despite meticulously cleaning the frame from all old adhesive and glass pieces from the old back cover, this new cover did not fit properly, and the sticky tape that comes on the back cover does not adhere very well.There are several gaps where the cover is not making contact with the frame.Even with using the included gel/super glue, the cover does not close up properly.Per instructions, I clamped the cover down, and left the phone site for 2 full days to allow the glue to dry.

fit great other than I cracked it taking it off to uncover the camera lens that I forgot to do.. So ordered a 2nd one

Was hesitant to take this project on but I am very pleased that I did. Kit was as described and relatively easy to install.

Color-wise it's not an exact match but it's not OEM so expected. Otherwise, it's a perfect fit that came with some thoughtful tools and instructions.

Doesny fit s10e. Camera cut to low leaving a lip on top of phone that breaks easily.Save your money..

Everything in the kid was useful the price was Fair overall
