Ok so. Here’s the deal. I have five animals. Two cats and three dogs. The cats absolutely hate this stuff. Two of my dogs absolutely hate this stuff. One dog doesn’t mind it. I’m going to write this review with the dog who doesn’t hate it, in mind. A few weeks ago, I noticed his teeth were getting really bad, and I knew I had this stuff on hand. I sort of stopped using it because all of my animals hated it so much. But I approached my dog in a gentle manner, and he allowed me to smear some of the product on my fingers. I then spread it around his gum line. After three times of doing this, I got curious and decided I’d try to chip away at the plaque. I was SHOCKED when I saw how easy it came off. I mean…who knew?! I can safely say this stuff works wonders, you just have to find a way to make it work if your animals don’t like sitting through someone shuffling their fingers in their mouths lol. My dogs teeth are not 100% WHITE but considering his age and how hard it usually is to brush his teeth, the results after one smear is unbelievable. If you look at the photo I posted, you can see where the built up was. This is the result after ONE smear. Again, it isn’t 100% but that’s the result after one smear. Imagine what will happen when I do a smear every day and actually brush these teeth if his. So if you’re hesitant about this product, I’m here to tell ya it works if you can make it work for your animal!

I used this for my dog's canine teeth. They had a bunch of tartar build up (that developed quickly!). Personally I use a kid's electric toothbrush with this on it, but he tolerates it and yours might not lol. I use this in addition to brushing. It's not a miracle thing, but it'll break down the tartar over time and help a lot. My cat thinks it's REPULSIVE, but my dog doesn't mind.

Dog doesnt like it.....have seen removal in two days....bot completely but noticeably

This product contains 'cetylpyridinium chloride' which should never be given to a pet with heart issues. I cannot speak to the effectiveness or quality of the product since I was unable to continue use beyond the first time.* Cetylpyridinium chloride is not considered safe for a dog with heart issues and should not be used on them; it's an antiseptic agent primarily found in mouthwashes and some cleaning products, and has no known therapeutic benefit for heart problems, while potential irritation to the mouth or digestive tract could be harmful to a dog with existing health concerns.

I cannot believe how well it’s working! Have been using for about 2 weeks and have seen improvement. Breath is not offensive and plaque is diminishing!! Definitely recommend! Wish I had taken pictures.

Haven't seen results

I have a Bichon Frise and if anyone knows small dogs teeth has plaque build up quickly. I looked at my fluffs teeth and thought there has to be a better way for plaque to be removed outside of a $300 dental cleaning. Well this works! OMG! I should have taken a picture. My fluffs teeth looked horrible. I put this on his teeth and let it do its job. I looked at his mouth and a lot of the plaque was removed. I looked at it a few days ago and his teeth looked brand new!! I use it about twice a month.

I was amazed at how quickly this plaque remover gel works and, from what I can tell, it works much better than the peanut butter toothpaste I have been using for my little dog.
