This was a truly life saver. My husband had eye surgery and had to keep his head looking down for 8 days after it; to eat, drink, and sleep; All day and night. This was a bullseye!! It kept him comfortable, allowed him to rest his neck and shoulders, he was able to use it on the counter, table, in bed; every where he wanted to be without feeling suffocated like the pillow version did. If you are recovering from an eye surgery this is a must have. It converts so you can use it in the car on your lap while driving in the head down position (an absolute must have) and at home you can flip the bottom around and use it in between your mattress and bed-frame to sleep in the head down position. Price is very fair and its extremely helpful
