LOVE this kennel!
By far the best-looking kennel I believe I've ever seen. I rescued a pup that will be a large breed when fully grown. The rescue provided a kennel during the foster to adoption stage, but upon adoption, I realized I didn't have a kennel my pup could grow into. I had several different kennels in my cart at any given time, and more on my lists. When I was at the 11th hour, I had come back to this one so many times, I took the chance. I have not been disappointed. This kennel has 5 doors - there are 2 large and 2 small on the side. If you open the large doors, the small doors open as well. If you open the small doors, the large ones stay closed. This could be helpful to people if they feed animals in their kennels. The top also is a FULL-SIZE door. This was an unexpected pleasure because I purchased one of the biggest, in order for me to clean out the kennel weekly, I always feel like I'm crawling into it. With the top opening, you simply slide the latches and you can get everything out from the top and not fight to get blankets, bedding, and toys out through the smaller doors.Another pleasant surprise is the number of latches. Again, each of the 4 doors on the side has its own sliding latch. But the sliding latch also fits over a "locking" mechanism and comes with 4 carabineers to use in case your pup is an escape artist link mine. The top door has 3 separate latches - which create an almost inescapable closure.Although I'm not using it, this kennel does come with a divider so you can keep pups separate if you have more than one. If you don't use it, the divider can easily just lay beneath the kennel. Finally, one of the major selling points for this kennel was that it is on wheels/casters. I've gotten my fair share of cheap wheels on items, and these are NOT CHEAP wheels. Two of them DO lock, and all 4 swivel for ease of movement of the kennel around the house if you need to use it in different rooms at different times. My biggest reason for wanting the wheels is that the metal kennels can be very heavy when moving or loading into vehicles. Since I purchased the 48" kennel, I suspected it would be heavier than I wanted to lift. Again, I was pleasantly surprised, because despite its strong structure, the "bars" are hollow, which lessens the overall weight of the kennel. My pup is a chewer, and although she has chewed (or tried to chew) these hollow bars, she has not been able to dent or bend them. The smooth texture of the bars makes for very easy cleaning. Assembly: it's likely that I did it the hard way, but it can be done with one person, in a very short amount of time - 15 min or less. If you have another person to help hold the kennel side open when assembling, it would likely take less time.I'm hopeful this holds up as it is currently because I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Amazing Crate and perfect for escape artists!
Very roomy for any dog to stretch out and relax during quiet time! Easy to clean and human user friendly! Will hold a big comfy bed for your large fur baby! Very pleased and the pups love it too! Tons of room for good air flow which is super important for all dogs respiratory systems! We are so happy with this purchase! Need a safe place for that escape artist? This is the crate for you! But remember, a crate is to be used for short term quiet times and never to be overused and crates need to be a "safe" place for pups and never to be used as punishment.

Rattles!
My original plan for this kennel was to remove the wheels and anchor it in the back of my SUV to use while transporting my dog. The chrome finish if very nice looking and is study enough for my use. The problem is the bars of the kennel are very loose. The kennel rattles so badly while driving it is absolutely impossible to carry on a conversation with a passenger. It IS really that loud. I'll be keeping this kennel for home use. I purchased another plastic crate my use in the SUV and it's rattle free.

Missing Latch
Cleverly made and sturdy; moderately easy to assemble; quite heavy and could be awkward or cumbersome to take on a vacation.Major issue was the lower latch was missing the insert portion that should have been welded on. In other words, there was nothing to slide the bolt into.

Great Kennel
Love these kennels!!! Actually contain our escape artists and we don’t have to worry about them hurting themselves on wire trying to chew their way out. Highly recommend!

Great protection when cats go in the patio!
This is awesome! It’s worth the money! I use it to let my indoor cats go outside on the deck (patio). I leave them in the cage for about an hour to get some sun or to experience the cold weather but I know if I leave that they are safe.

Very Disappointed
I just put it together and I can't imagine it deserving the description of heavy duty. The hinges on the top are so flimsy they buckle back and forth when you raise it. The bottom only sits on small tabs. Some of the bars are loose and rattle. This was my dream cage. I'm on a fixed income and paid more than I should have. I'm so very disappointed.
