Excellent product that works as good as a knee brace for me! Remains in place 3-4 days and has not caused skin irritation yet (have used it for 6 weeks now). For CrossFit and walking, keeps knees firmly supported. I highly recommend this product.

This tape is secure, strong and does its job. I wear them to hold my knees together.They stay on after showering. I have tried others where after it gets wet once or twice they start to peel off. Great value for the quantity you get out of it!Definitely recommend it to everyone!

This tape is great. It is water resistant and does stay on multiple days. At least two other products I used did not stay on.

As long as you know how to stretch properly this is the best Kinesiology tape you can buy! It lasts for over a week even if you swim with it 2-3 times a week and shower with it! Helps with pain. Do not heat the tape, this will only tighten it more!! To activate just run once it’s on. Stretch only as far as needed. Please take a taping class or ask for help from a professional before use as to prevent further injury. If used correctly this is amazing!

My physical therapist recommended this for a chronic tendonitis in my butt that causes tightness in the hamstring. This is the brand that she uses. It is very effective for relieving pain caused by bending and sitting. It lasts 3-5 days for me. I found that it sticks better if I round the edges. Also, before I apply it to clean skin, I rub my skin with a dry towel to remove any residue. It will be wet after showering so I use a cool hairdryer which helps somewhat.

This tape feels a lot thinner than other brands that I bought before. However, it still sticks on just as well. I would say that the value is great considering what one gets at this price. The only negative is that the tape roll does emit a strong plastic smell if I put it too close to my head.

Really enjoy this tape - use it all the time for training runs and races. I like the flesh coloring so it doesn't stick out so much that you are taped up and doesn't look weird in any race photos. I can easily get two days use out of the tape provided the edges don't get hung up on your clothes when your are dressing. If I'm traveling to a race I'll precut my strips to take along so I don't have to take the whole roll with me. Will be ordering more when I start of run out of the tape.

Theraband Tape is incredible. It stayed on my ITT & posterior psis for two werks.
