A lot of people probably missing out
I have this ordered as an automatic refill- my favorite tasting mineral water. It’s the only product I order as an automatic refill. I looked back to see if they listed the mineral content and happened to browse the customer comments. I’m so surprised how few people commented how great this tastes. Yes it’s not overly carbonated which helps me get in the required water. Helps get me feeling full faster because I could drink more of it at once but the carbonation helps keep me full. With intermittent fasting, I literally crave this water. I don’t only drink this to get in my water or it would be too expensive. I do wish I liked the taste of other waters as much. I no longer love my old favorites after having this.

Very Flat for Sparking Water
I’m looking for a sparkling mineral water and ran across this one here. I’m torn about recommending.-It’s not very clear whether this water is mineral water or just spring water. I’m upping my daily water intake and like that mineral water provides at least some key trace elements. It does have a mineral water taste and it’s hard to believe that 2,000 year old water wouldn't pick up a few on the way to the bottle.-The bottle, it’s plastic. It’s says safe and from recycled plastic. It may be okay, it just feels odd getting water in a plastic bottle these days.-The taste is good and it does have more of a mineral water, rather than a tap/filtered water taste.-The real “issue” is that there’s very little fizz to it. At least, it’s not what one would expect from something called “sparkling”. There’s no “hiss” when the bottle is opened. It doesn’t deliver that bit of punch when drinking; in fact, I’ve often wondered if it’s gone “flat”. However, you can see tiny bubbles in the bottle. It’s there, but in the tiniest of amount.I’ll likely buy again and maybe it will get better or I’ll get used to, but I’d be hard pressed to recommend to anyone looking for a true sparking water experience.

A great alternative to Perrier and San Pellegrino water
As an Italian foody, I have always been loyal to my Italian cuisine, which includes San Pellegrino. However, this BONNEVAL Sparkling Water comes as close to my favorite San Pellegrino as any. There have been times in which supply chain challenges pushed the price for San Pellegrino near the sky, which is when I tried the BONNEVAL Sparkling Water. I have been very pleasantly surprised. Also, the bottle format is elegant and fits best in your refrigerator. You should definitely try it.

This is a really lovely sparkling.
This is a really lovely sparkling, it's not too carbonated and the bubbles are very small so makes a very smooth and texture. Very clean palate wise.

Refreshing! Minerals are a plus!
I like that I’m getting pure water from the source plus minerals. I make my own spritzer by adding a 100% pure fruit juice . Fill a tall glass with ice and a splash of juice. Pour Bonneval over to top off. Stir.
