Just received this. It arrived with a few light scratches/scuffs and small dings on the metal legs (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but not enough to return it and most people wouldn't even notice. Seems quite sturdy -- no wobbling -- and I like the fact that there are five straps instead of the typical four, and they are closer together than many other luggage racks. Also, the straps are riveted to the frame, not stapled like many of the wooden racks, which should make it more durable. Very lightweight and folds very easily for storage. A bit pricey for what it is, but I think it will prove to be worth the extra expense because of the sturdiness.

I bought two of these luggage racks for my guest room so that suitcases don’t end up on the bed or dresser. They are very nice looking and fit my decor perfectly, they also seem sturdy yet are light weight. However, all of that is nearly undone by the packaging. The legs were all tightly wound with cling wrap that took 30 minutes for two of us to remove and another 5 minutes to pick up all the tiny bits of it that clung to everything. And then there were all the fingerprints we left on the metal legs while removing the cling wrap that won’t wipe off!They also had a large white sticker on them that wouldn’t come off cleanly and now there is white sticky paper stuck to the metal and the webbing....rather ruins all the good looks.Maybe someday I’ll get some solvent and attempt to get the stickers off...maybe it’ll work on the fingerprints too.

My only downfall with this product is the caps on the legs did'nt stay on well and now one disappeared. Had I known I would've glued them on. Its stylish folds away for use and seems super fancy for my AirBnB Guests. Highly recommend, just watch the leg caps to be sure they are secure.

I absolutely LOVE these luggage racks. They are for my vacation rental & are of superior quality. The shipping time was super fast & they arrive already assembledI spent the extra $$ & glad I did. This item is not as nice as the reviews led me to believe. It's kind of cheaply built and doesn't seem sturdy. Also the legs don't sit flush on the ground which bothers me. My luggage rack is missing two of the black end caps that slide into the metal pieces on top. If I could do it again I would just buy a wooden one even though it wouldn't match my decor.

Needed something for overnight guests to place their bags on but didn’t really like the look of the typical brown wooden suitcase stand. This stainless steel stand matches my decor perfectly!! It’s also very sturdy and the perfect addition to my guest room. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend!

Very well made and like the brushed stainless steel which goes nice in guest room. Guests seem to like it! Would not hesitate to purchase this one.

The product was received with half of the protective end caps missing. Looked nice but I had to return due to missing pieces.
