As a home healthcare provider this digital infrared thermometer has been nothing short of perfect. I took it to medical repair and made sure it was calibrated correctly, which it was. Quick, easy, accurate and easy to carry in a hard case making it safe to carry from home to home. With a quick switch you can take readings on Celsius or Fahrenheit and from body temperature to room temperature. Accurate and easy to use, a must have for travelling healthcare providers and homeowners alike.

I really like there's a place for the batteries - the last thermometer we had the batteries leaked and ruined the inside. Since it is so rarely used, it's nice to remove the batteries when in storage. I think it is about 2 degrees off - maybe? - but that's easy to add back in.

I liked the ease of using it and having it read out in Celsius or Fahrenheit. I also like the feature of showing the forehead for personal thermometer readings and for an icon of a house to see what the temperature was in our apartment. Our heat was not working and it was always cold. We were told that it "was working" but, no it wasn't. The maintenance staff used their thermometer side by side with mine and we got two very different readings.So in the spring, all of the apartments in our building have to be turned off from heat and I believe water I'm not sure so we'll see what happens. The heat is working to a certain degree (no pun intended). 70* is better than 65*🥶🙊This is an addendum to this debacle. Management is only fixing this apartment. You were told we left to move out because the work makes the apartment unable to be used by tenants. Our lease does not expire until February 1st or January 31st.I am disabled and I live in the ground floor apartment which is a two bedroom one bath. My disability is running its course. To be told that we need to leave by July 31st and finding out June 14th via text message or email. Naturally my disabilities are getting much worse. So we are forced to find a place and coordinate it so that we can leave by August 31st! I'm sure if I use the thermometer and aimed at them, it would show no warmth at all.

Excellent device. Measured accurately with my physician's thermometer on several occasions. My physician's office staff were sufficiently impressed to order one for each exam room! Intuitive controls make using it easy. Does not disturb the child if sleeping. I have even used the "home" feature to detect the temperature of a hot drink, to verify that it was not too warm for a youngster to drink.Have subsequently ordered one for each of our children and their families.

Gives me the same reading 5 times so it's probably pretty accurate. The room temperature function is nice too. Easy to use. Point and shoot.Wish it gave 2 decimals for the price. Kind of hard to hold and use on yourself since it's got a bulky handle. Really more for other people using on you I guess but I'm immuno-compromised so I wanted something I could use daily without having to disinfect more than the handle.Works well enough for my purposes but It should be easier to hold.

I bought this thermometer mainly because of my two year old who does not like thermometers in her mouth nor her ears. The Zoe and Ruth thermometer is easy to use. They suggest taking readings of each family members’ normal body temperature and recording. There are temperature fluctuations with each reading but with use and practice, I am getting used to how to use and read the thermometer better.

I love the thermometer. It's so easy to use and can be used for many things. It's very fast and accurate.But i am not happy with the case that it came with for storing. The case is white plastic and it does not snap shut like it should. It doesn't even stay closed at all as a matter of fact. So i love the thermometer, but the case is basically crap because it doesn't serve it's function. I'm gonna have to use a rubber band to keep it closed for traveling. You would think with such a top line high price product that the case would actually be decent and nice too.

I received this product and checked the accuracy of it by taking our temp at that initial time and it seemed to be accurate. So far we have not had to use it for an illness but I would say that it is a great product. I would recommend it for those that want to check someone while they are asleep or just don't like regular thermometers. Someone mentioned that the case doesn't stay closed but I haven't had that problem.
