Great product
I've had this skillet for over a year now and absolutely love it. It cleans easily with no issues with chipping or cracking of the any part of it. It is wonderful in making things like eggs which slide easily and able to flip with no breakage of the yolk. It sears nicely and is easy to handle for being cast iron. Would definitely purchase again.

Will not scratch cooktop and still cook like a normal cast iron skillet.

isn't going to last
The discoloration seen in the photo is where the enamel is wearing off and the cast iron is starting to show through. I do use this skillet exclusively, however I've only had it 3 mos. so I'm assuming I need to go with a more expensive brand. This is a great pan if you are new to enameled covered cast iron, as there is a learning curve to cook properly with it. I will be upgrading.

I love these skillets.. This ceramic cleans up great even if you scorch something in it. Love it.

The steel and enamel is thicker than my Le Cruset ! Excellent product. 👍

Not non-stick, but easy to clean!!
I bought this after reading the reviews, thinking that it would be a great non-stick pan. It turns out, now that I have it and the return window is closed, that that couldn't be further from the truth. It is, fortunately, extremely easy to clean (which is a real plus) but far from being non-stick. It works fine for stir frying and such, but pancakes and similar doughy items stick from the moment the batter hits the pan, making an ungodly mess of what I hoped would be delicious pancakes! Upon further research, after two pan-sticking disasters, I discovered that enameled skillets aren't meant to be non-stick. So, if non-stick is what you're looking for, choose regular cast-iron!

Pues si todo se pega y se mancha; tenía buenas receñas por lo cual lo compre pero a mi no me funcionó ahora tengo que comprar otro.
