Easy to install
So glad I bought this observing system. Everything in the kit is high quality. The camera gasket is pliable and seals well. The display power cord has an extra connection so you can pair the camera to the display on the trailer! Images are great and the wireless connection has never failed on our fifth wheel. Now we can see the bikes and traffic behind us. I highly recommend this camera. Great value for the money.

Great Customer Service
What stood out to me the most with this purchase is how receptive and effective the customer service team was on my purchase. The camera did not connect at first and they quickly made it right by sending me out an antenna adapter/extension that instantly made it connect. Good quality picture and makes a world of difference when backing up or monitoring our towed vehicle. We have a Jayco Redhawk 31XL which is 32 feet and I replaced the center running light to install which took about 25 min. Easy install on a RV that wasn’t even set up for the shark fin mount.

Replacement unit worked fine (updated review)
The mount that came with the unit allowed you to replace a Furrion mount, not mount the camera on the pre-installed Furrion mount, so I took off the Furrion mount, and I was able to use the same screw holes and plug the camera into the power socket for the Furrion. I had to unmount the antenna base from the Erapta mount because the Furrion mount had been installed right under a running light which obstructed the antenna. Still the antenna was connected to the wiring, and placed vertically. This all was just a minor inconvenience, but you should consider this before purchase. The first Erapta unit I received had a problem displaying the image from the camera in full screen mode. It took some time to make the vendor understand what the problem was due to language differences. Once they understood, they sent me a replacement unit within 24 hr. Using the replacement unit, I hooked the camera up to the trailer's 24v battery, and hooked the display up to a USB charger on an extension cord. I was able to get a good display in full screen and split screen mode with the display moved more than twice the trailer length from the camera. I was actually able to get an image with the camera on the trailer outside the garage, and the display inside my kitchen. I believe this will work just fine with the display plugged into the car.The instruction manual was just ok, could have been better.

Saved a couple of hundred dollars.
My RV was pre-wired for a Furrion back up camera and this plugged right in. Picture quality is better than expected. Paired up with the display easily and has a solid signal at a 40 foot distance without a booster antenna. Out of the box, the camera points to the rear bumper but it is fully adjustable, just pivot the ball in the mount any direction you need. Multiple ways to mount the display and plugs into a cigarette lighter or USB outlet.

Erapta Back Up Camera
This Rv camera works great. The picture quality is very clear, and makes changing lanes with our RV much easier. We did have to request a stronger antenna from Erapta, but once we received the new antenna, the system works great.

Easy, great accessories. Great setup
Great purchase. I really liked how easy it was to setup and test. The entire install was so fast and was all automatic for pairing making a very pleasant experience.Picture quality is great and on my 32 foot RV there is no signal issues and the clarity is amazing. For anyone updating an older RV and wants something quick, easy, and high quality I really recommend this camera system. What really sealed it for me was the nice rubber gasket, the 12v lighter adapter with shutoff switch, and the additional USB power option. The reception is really great as my RV is a big 32 foot unit.

Better Value than Furrion
I installed this on a Flagstaff MicroLite and had to make a spacer out of 1/4" acrylic sheet to avoid interference with the center clearance light. It has lost signal a few times but overall I'm satisfied. The image is clear.

Updated Review
Installed the camera and despite power to the camera, it would function. I emailed customer service with the model and serial number. They responded and asked for my order number. Haven't heard anything since giving them that information over 4 days ago. Their promise is a response in 24 hours but that isn't the case.UPDATED REVIEW: They got back to me and said my email went to spam. They promptly sent a replacement and it works perfect. I am really impressed with the video quality for a relatively inexpensive unit, it's better than my friend's Furrion by far. We will see how it holds up. 4 star review instead of 5 as it took me writing a negative review to hear back from them but the product seems really good.
