I have personally found that it takes the Mag Ox to help with my daily regularity. Be sure to follow suggested dosage so you don't end up with loose bowels. Suggest you take at bedtime to help you go first thing in the morning. A healthy alternative to other laxatives.

There was an adjustment period but I no longer take anxiety meds. I sleep better and have an overall feeling of being more relaxed throughout my day. My life has drastically changed since taking this.

I sleep extremely well when I take this supplement. I typically use the restroom once or twice during the night and am able to get right back to sleep. I also don't wake up groggy like I do with other OTC sleep aids. I think it also helps me stay regular but in a gentler way than other magnesium types are known for (I am on GLP-1 medication). I highly recommend this as a sleep aid.

As we age our magnesium levels drop. Important to maintain a normal level for body strength and health.

Using it for regularity. It's not as good as a higher dose.
