Wrong Color, BUT
So I ended up getting a miss color matched jar. But the quality of the kit aside from that issue was top tier. The seller also was very reasonable and there was no issue with returns/refunds.

Nice results and fantastic customer service.
I ordered this kit several months ago. By the time I got to use it, the solution/thinner bottle had leaked almost completely out. This is a key component to the product package! I was so impressed when I wrote their customer service on a Sunday and Monday morning had a pleasant reply they'd be happy to send me a new bottle at no charge! That tells me a lot about the company.I've never done any paint work before, so I was nervous about screwing it up and would have appreciated a quick video. (there are others on youtube) but I wish I could have watched that first. In the end though, it's hard to make any real mistakes with this product as the solution that comes with it works like an erasure if you've smeared paint around the chip.I look forward to getting my new bottle and finishing my touch up work. The few spots I did aren't great due to my own quality, but from a small distance, they dissappeared the chips just fine. I'll probably redo those spots now that I've watched others online do better work.

Great touch up kit
Paint color spot on and the blending compound and cloth really work. Back to show room condition

Great paint match!
Was not really that great to use the blending solution on very fine shallow scratches, the paint just kept rubbing off. However, the paint itself was a PERFECT match so i just left it on by itself.

I have tried it multiple times and it does not work the way it is shown in the video.
Every time you apply the blending solution to the red painted area of my Ford Kuga, even very carefully to the edges only, it leaves a grey white color around the edges of the scratches, which is often more visible than the scratch itself. I have tried it 8 times, using different time frames and techniques, with the result of always having to remove the whole paint completely. Big waste of time and huge disappointment.

Not as easy as advertised
Please note: the problems I'm about to describe may be specific to the rather complex paint color I used. Ford's Z9 Blue Candy Metallic is a tricolor paint. Users with simpler paint colors may see better results.I had an 1-1/4" x 3/16" chip in my car right on top of a crease in the sheet metal--one of the body-length sharp creases that are popular on modern cars. The crack occurred during a dent repair. I cleaned up the edges and feathered them with a scratch pen. I watched the videos on the Paint2Fix website before beginning, and followed the supplied instructions to the best of my ability. At first, I laid down a thin layer of primer over the metal, but that didn't last after the first failed try. There are a few problems with this paint:- The different colors don't blend even after several minutes of shaking and manual stirring. You still send up with multicolored paint in the repair area, rather than one shade.- The paint goes on in a really "lumpy" fashion. My original plan was to lay down several very thin coats to slowly build up the repair area, but this paint doesn't do that at all. Rather, it adheres to the surface immediately as a droplet and resists all attempts to spread it. Put down another dab, now you have *two* distinct droplets connected to each other. Put down another, rinse and repeat. It didn't matter whether I used the supplied brushes or micro-tip brushes--it just wouldn't go on smooth. After several fresh starts, I ended up with a lumpy multicolored repair, which I wet-sanded smooth with 1000/1500/2000 grit. The bright spots in the photo show where I sanded too far in my quest for smoothness. The supplied Color Blender solution probably works fine for repairs on flattish surfaces, but it's difficult to use when the crack is on a bend in the metal. This is not the manufacturer's fault.I thought of thinning the paint and trying again, but the manufacturer doesn't indicate what type of paint this is. Mineral spirits doesn't touch it, so I'm guessing it's lacquer. I expect I will remove this and try again after mixing in some lacquer thinner. Now, it could be that I'm just unskilled at body work, but this product is explicitly aimed at unskilled people with the promise that the process will be easy and satisfactory. This is not the case, at least with paints like Ford Z9.
