i took off 1 star only because it fits most of the first aid stuff, but not all (make sure to look at measurements of inside of box before purchasing to make sure your stuff will all fit in it)

decent, but rusted easily
spilled some rubbing alcohol and it rusted slightly within a few days, doesn't seem as moisture-resistant as they claim, though that may just be due to the alcohol content. wouldn't recommend storing bottles of disinfectant in it. other than that, it is durable and useful depending on your needs.
