So Glad I Took the Leap – Luxury Comfort Worth the Investment
I get it. Buying a mattress online without seeing or feeling it in person is terrifying. But after trying and tossing a Mattress Firm Sleepy’s brand firm hybrid mattress, I decided to take a chance on the DreamCloud Premier 14" Queen Mattress—and I am so happy I did. First off, it’s 3 inches thicker than the previous mattress I had, which makes a huge difference in comfort and support. It’s topped with luxurious cashmere, adding an extra layer of softness that feels like a high-end hotel bed. The hybrid design combines memory foam and individually wrapped coils, offering the perfect balance of comfort and support without feeling too firm or too soft. I’d say the plushness is between medium and firm, which is perfect for me, giving great support without being too hard. Before I made the purchase, I was concerned about the reports of lumpiness that some people experienced, but I’ve had no issues at all. Here’s why I think that is: We made sure to let the mattress expand for a full week before applying any weight. This gave the foam plenty of time to fully inflate and settle into its proper shape. The mattress provides excellent motion isolation, so my partner and I don’t wake each other up when one of us moves, and the breathable cover keeps it cool throughout the night. The 365-night trial gave us peace of mind knowing we could test it out for a full year. Plus, the forever warranty means we don’t have to worry about durability. Overall, I’m thrilled with the DreamCloud Premier mattress. It’s incredibly comfortable, and the quality is undeniable. If you’re hesitant about buying a mattress online, this one is worth the risk. It’s luxury and comfort at an unbeatable price.

I feel RESTED!
I purchased the DreamCloud Premier after months-long research of all the beds in a box. I don’t know much about beds, so I used a lot of reviews and resources to educate myself in purchasing this mattress. Disclaimer: I am coming from years ago Costco Sealy that was purchased for around $300. 1. Unboxing: amazing experience, it came with no damage to the shipping box, as I’ve seen with other boxes that are literally torn. It was neatly compressed and fully airtight. (A bit heavy for one person, you will need two persons to lift it upstairs) 2. Expansion, bed expanded well, I didn’t measure it but it looks fully expanded from its edges. I allowed 8 hours to expand because I had no choice or space to wait 24 hours. Edges are sturdy enough for me 170 lbs. Though the pillow top sinks a little more so it looks like less support, but it’s really not. 3. Feel: the Euro Top, is a game changer! If your bedsheets are soft you can take advantage of the top layer for the same and snuggle feel. The bed feels firm, but the pillow top adds that “plush” but without the sinking feel. It’s hard to explain but it feels comfortable and supportive. 4. I tracked my sleep with my Apple Watch, and it looks like I had more deep and rem sleep, with this mattress compared to my previous one. Though, I can physically feel the rest. 5. Cooling: I normally sweat when I sleep. I’m not sure if it was my new bedsheets but I’m sure the mattress did something. The first time I didn’t sweat in my sleep! It didn’t feel hot and I didn’t need to stick out one leg for cooling! Conclusion: If you can get viscose or new soft bedsheets this mattress experience will elevate. Overall, for its price and the upgrade to the Premier is well worth it. It firms but provides that plush feel for a stomach sleeper, my wife is a back sleeper and knocked out almost instantly. I didn’t feel pain or aches on my first sleep! And I’m grateful for a good night's rest, I will recommend the DreamCloud Premier version for lightweight and stomach sleepers, but I’m sure this is good for back and side sleepers as well. Now for longevity, we will see, and if I remember I’ll come back and update my experience on here. ----- 3 Week UPDATE: I am so happy with this purchase and my wife is as well. I am a stomach sleeper and my wife is a back sleeper. I look forward to going to sleep! Time flies in bed because it's so easy to fall asleep. My wife and I no joke have had more "vivid dreams" ever since we got this mattress I know it sounds ironic but it's pretty funny, not sure if the deep sleep you go into that causes this but I'm no scientist. It's so hard to get out of bed at times because you're so cozy. I also picked a Coop cooling memory foam pillow and oh my gee the combo of bedsheets + pillow + mattress is such a life-changing experience. I know the cost is expensive but, you owe it to yourself. You spend a good portion of your life sleeping, so make a good one. I really hope this mattress holds up to what I feel now for the coming years. Oh, and the edge support is great, feels squishy but it's strong enough to hold while I my socks or eat on a side table. ----- I Dont Know How Long UPDATE: It's been quite some time, but I came back to update my review. So far so good, my bed feels great, my sleep has been great, and my dreams are becoming nightmares but it's all good, got to fight my demons somehow. Dreamcloud has been broken in and it feels the same but you can tell it's not too too firm anymore, like .5 less firm. No issues with the construction or comfort. My little jumps on the bed constantly and no issues so far. Edge support is great for the morning while I put my shoes/clothes on. My wife doesn't get woken up in between my nightly strolls to the bathroom. I have noticed if I sleep more than 9+ hours I am getting pain but I don't think that is the cause of the bed and more my sleeping angle. I think the one thing that DreamCloud excels in is the pillow top, and I truly feel this is a great distinction from the hundreds of memory foam mattresses out there. I am still happy with the purchase and hope this bed can last a very long time. --- Update: Still great mattress and I paired it with Sheex Duvet and Hotel Sheets Direct bedsheets and I feel I am at endgame mattress level. --- 1 Year Update: Its about to be a year soon with this mattress and I don't have much to say. Other than its held up great, edges look great, it feels plush and firm and no change in quality. It still feels comfortable and its still hard to get out of bed in the morning because its so cozy. My little one prefers to sleep in this bed than their own bed, so we might be a smaller DreamCloud for his room. Overall, I think its worth and checking the price now its $200 cheaper since I bought it a year ago. Its great value and a good investment to your health. If you need comfort in believe its a good purchase, I recommend it to you. I changed my bed sheets to Sheex, and i've been having a blast with these. One thing I've been annoyed with, is you need to find a bedsheets that have deep pockets because the bed sheet corner can loosen, so keep that in mind when you buy bedsheets. Also, buy a king size blanket/comforter for this Queen Bed or Queen Blanket/Comforter for a Full Bed, you'll thank me later, you get that "hotel vibe" and comfort. Conclusion: My year journey is done, and I think this mattress is worth it, and more with it now. I purchase at $1099, and now its $200 less, more of a reason. Wasn't a bed in a box fan until I got this one. --- Post One Year: I got an Oura Ring to tracking my health and sleeping, and I am happy to say I am getting good sleep with this bed, and I have data to prove it. The foam is still holding up great, one thing I do recommend is flip your bed every 3-4 months so the wear is even. Still getting dreams and nightmares on the bed so its true to its name lol.

This needs a negative star option DO NOT BUY
First, this mattress was firm. Not my usual likeness, but comfortable... for a night. It sleeps hot..EXTREMELY so. I've tried sheets of all kinds and even still I'm hot all night long. (And I got this in the winter! ) Next it began to sag.. and not just a little sag.. it was enough to make anyone feel overweight! The areas that are supposed to give you that extra support are saggy. Just like a spring compressed for a very long time might be.. or how memory foam tends to hold the body shape. And this was just after 30 days! I contacted Amazon for a return and was first told i had to contact the manufacturer because they don't handle it. Then i said it was a purchase through them, and I wanted to return. "No problem. Just box it up and take it to your nearest Ups." Um.. this is a king sized mattress, how do you package and carry it into a store? I was then told oh, we'll have to have our team contact you. No one did. I've reached out to the manufacturer (forget it. If you buy it in Amazon, they're is nothing they can/will do. Even though it has a 365 night guarantee! I called again today, because I was told they were going to take care of it, and still I got told the same run around. In 48 hours it will no longer be elegible for return. I'm stuck with no replacement, no upgrade/downgrade option. I get to have a bed that makes me hurt more than my 15 year old one did. I have arthritis in my back on top of degenerative disc disease so a bed I can actually sleep on is rather important! Buyer beware.. I will update my review if the company fixes this. 7 months later and NO ONE has worked to fix the problem. They don't return emails!! NEVER BUY FROM THOS COMPANY

Fantastic Customer Service and an excellent product
After reading all of the reviews I decided to purchase the Dreamcloud Premier. Unfortunately I discovered just how relative a term “medium-firm” is. After ten days the mattress was excessively firm for my body. I tried sleeping in my back, on my side and my stomach. Finally at 1:30AM I called Amazon Customer Service to request an exchange or refund. After a brief hold the rep came back on the line and said that while they could not accept the mattress back, Amazon would issue me an immediate credit for the full purchase price. Then to my surprise he told me that I could discard, keep or donate the first mattress. The credit appeared with minutes and at 2:00AM I ordered the DREAMCLOUD PREMIER REST with the pillowtop. I paid the price difference and the new mattress arrived at my door 1 1/2 days later. I could not be happier. Though it is still expanding (it’s been less than 24 hours) I can already feel the difference. No more hip and shoulder pain; no more tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. This is the one. As with the Premier, the quality of materials and construction are superb. These mattresses look and feel much more expensive than they are. I have already donated the previous mattress to a family in need. I have been an Amazon customer for many years. Needless to say that after this experience I will be a customer for life.

Good bed, but packaging needs some work!
This is the second review I am writing for this bed. The first was not allowed by Amazon, citing my review focused on packaging and delivery rather than the actual bed. Ok, I grant them that but packaging and delivery is a very huge aspect of such an expensive purchase. When you order something that costs just a few dollars shy of $1800, one would expect a well packaged product. The first bed we received was in a beat up box, the bed was not sealed in plastic and when I opened the end of the box the bed was filthy. So yeah, I wrote a bad review citing JUST the poor packaging and delivery but also stating that I couldn't review the mattress until a new one arrived and that I would update the review. Amazon told me to write a review of the seller instead. Well, the seller was Amazon, but this was not their fault though so I didn't think writing a review of them would be fair. Packaging was a manufacturer issue, not an Amazon issue. Amazon reps worked to get us a replacement mattress and it was a pretty easy process. They did a great job there. The packaging is the real issue, the boxes are just not sturdy enough to hold such a large item. Again, that is from the manufacturer, not Amazon. If the mattress is in sealed plastic it should be ok. The first one wasn't in sealed plastic and was filthy. Although I was weary about getting a replacement after seeing the condition of the first one, I knew I could return it to Amazon if it came in poor condition. Also I knew I could return it with the 365 day trial so we gave it another go. The new one arrived in a box that was worse than the first but the mattress was completly sealed so I was good with giving it a try. This thing was heavy, so make sure you have someone to help move it. it is rolled up so make saure you unroll it on your bedfarame or box springs. We got it upstairs and onto the box springs. I started to unwrap it and noticed there were some gel packets on the underside (the anti-moisture packets) so I tore a small hole in the plastic and pulled them out. The bed started to expand right away, which was awesome. It wasn't like a spring or anything, just you could see it start to expand. We got it unrolled and found the little tool to cut the plastic off which made it very easy to complete. Took the plastic off and in about 5 minutes this thing was full size and uncompressed. We left it overnight, as per instructions, but didn't sleep on it until 72 hours later. It was full size by the morning though. So far it is a little stiff but was comfortable from the git go. My wife said she woke up feeling pretty good. Our old mattress was giving us both back pains and shoulder pains, but we didn't have that with this mattress. The mattress is a bit stiff right now, but has become more comfortable after a week of sleeping on it. We are giving it a full month or two to see how it goes but for now it has become pretty comfortable. We got the pillow top version. The pro: Looks really nice The pillow top is very comfortable We don't have any back pain after a night of sleep. The sides of the mattress seem very sturdy. On our original mattress (beauty rest black), one of the sides is collapsing. We don't see that as an issue with this one, besides if it does there is a lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty is an excellent benefit, as is the 365 day trial. The cons: The packaging needs some addressing. the box simply is not sturdy enough to handle such a massive object. Amazon was good in replacing the damaged one but I recommend opening the end of the box to inspect the packaging. If the entire mattress is not sealed, have it replaced. I can't say the price is a con because our other mattress was about $700 more expensive so we feel this one was a pretty good deal. I would watch for promotions. Final thoughts: So far this is a very good mattress and we are pretty happy with the purchase. In comparison to our other mattress, this one is far more comfortable and you can't beat the trial period or the lifetime warranty. I will update this if anything changes but so far so good...zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The name says it all.
This review will be presented in multiple segments as time progresses. Firstly, I'd like to commend Amazon for its exceptional mattress delivery service. The delivery driver arrived promptly, and I noticed the delivery truck from my office window. They efficiently unloaded the mattress onto a hand truck and delivered it to my front door. I was prepared with my own hand truck, and the transfer went off without a hitch. It's important to note that this mattress is quite heavy, so I recommend having more than one person available if you need to transport it upstairs. Fortunately, we have a single-story home, making it a breeze to roll the mattress into the bedroom. Now, regarding the unpacking instructions: Begin by keeping the box in an upright position and cut the tape around the top. After making the cut, gently lay the box on its side. Reach inside and extract the mattress by gripping the outer plastic covering (there are two layers of plastic covering on this mattress). The mattress is folded in half, so position it close to the bed frame or box spring. Remove the outer plastic wrapping by pulling it out from underneath the mattress. Unfold the mattress so that it aligns with the frame or box spring. Next, grab and pull the second plastic cover, and carefully puncture a small hole in it. You'll hear a hissing sound, which is the air escaping from the factory shrink wrap. Using the provided cutter, remove all of the second plastic cover from the mattress. It will begin to expand. At this point, utilize the handles on the sides of the mattress to place it on the frame or box spring. The manufacturer's literature states that it may take up to 24 hours for the mattress to fully expand. However, in our experience, it expanded completely in just about 4 hours. Nonetheless, we followed the instructions and allowed it to expand into the guest bedroom for one night. I'm pleased to report that there was absolutely no off-gassing with the Dream Cloud mattress. The first night on it was amazing. More to follow. Day 3: The initial three nights of rest were truly amazing. The mattress offers the right level of firmness where it matters, without being excessively firm all around. I do experience slight neuropathy in my legs, and after the third night, I observed that it had somewhat improved. While I'm not entirely convinced that the mattress is solely responsible for this improvement, I haven't made any significant changes to my routine since sleeping on it. Additionally, my back feels more comfortable, and I'm able to switch between sleeping on my side and back with ease. I would recommend a mattress cover and this one on Amazon fit the bill. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QM5PLBD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

I am absolutely in love with this bed!
1.5 years update: I religiously turn my mattress every 3 months. Since it’s just me on the queen mattress, I tend to end up in the middle of the bed even though I try to sleep and lay on all sides of the bed. So, there is a little dip in the middle of the mattress, but not so much yet that it rolls me back to the middle. It is still incredibly comfortable and I don’t regret this purchase at all. I would still recommend it and I’m actually considering getting one for my son and his soon to be wife as a wedding gift. 6 month update: I’ve hade this bed for 6 months now and I’ve turned it once and it’s about time to do it again (you can’t flip it over, just in case you’re curious) but I have to tell you there is no sagging and it’s still super supportive and comfortable. I HAVE to update this: I have a son stationed overseas and his texts come in during the middle of the night. With my previous bed, I would be up all night texting with him because I couldn't sleep. People, I'm missing his texts because I'm sleeping so soundly. Can't say that's a good thing, but it speaks volumes about this bed! This bed is so comfortable that I don’t want to get out of it. It’s firm and supportive, but the cushion top makes its soft and comfy. It’s an amazing balance. I have hip issues and my previous mattress was killing me. I barely slept because of the pain. While, of course, I still have pain, it’s not keeping me awake at night because of the mattress. I didn’t sleep on it or cover it for 24 hours, but slept on it the next 2 nights while it expanded. I just used a flat sheet over the top, then took it off the next morning and left it uncovered for 72 hours. I’m super happy with the purchase. The mattress is super deep so make sure you get extra deep sheets.

Very Soft for a Medium
The mattress was very comfortable when falling asleep however I would wake up with back pain. Although its advertised as a medium it is much much softer. Delivery was great, price was great, the product did smell for a few days, it appear to be of good quality, but its too soft for our liking and we are in the return process now.
