Would not connect to my phone.
This item would not connect to my phone at all. I followed all directions just as stated. I was trying to save money by buying this, but obviously not worth it.

the product never turns off, so the battery is constantly running and dies quickly, the pairing process is spotty and sometimes just doesn’t work.

Stopped working after a month
Spend your money wisely and buy direct from apple. These are cheap and don’t work. Apple at least they provide apple care.
