Great value for price, works great and the lifetime warranty is invaluable- bought a little over 2 years ago, used so often, had problem with headset band cracking. Within days the company promptly responded and sent me a new set with upgraded stronger design. I have 4 noisy but sensitive parrots that react poorly to the obnoxious TV commercials/programs at times by squawking so loud I can't hear so can pop these on and mute the TV speaker sound. Especially good at night when it's their bedtime...sweet silence for all while I enjoy all my TV streaming with no hassle and good quality sound! Absolutely love them!

Have been using this product for one week and very impressed! My smart tv is mounted to the wall so I plugged it into the set top cable box as it has the correct "audio out" red and white holes. Very easy to set up. Instruction vids are also helpful. I've had moderate hearing loss for many years and this product really makes watching TV and listening to music more enjoyable for me. When in the cinema mode I can hear things in movies now that I could not hear otherwise. The music mode is great for listening to a music station while your working online , cooking dinner or even out watering your lawn as the range of sound goes pretty far. Couple of downsides: 1) No mute button on the headset so the TV commercials get loud while trying to turn the volume down (2) Does not seem to work on Amazon Prime. Maybe it would if I plugged into the TV or soundbar instead of the set top box, not sure. (3) Sometimes loses the signal for a second or two especially when near a microwave. Bought a 3.5mm cable as the instructions describe and advise that this cable is not included with the purchase. Very simple to use as a headset to such a device to listen to business meetings, music, zoom calls etc. Just plug the 3.5 mm cable in and it works just fine a laptop. Have not tried it on my phone yet.**Update May 30, 2023. Still works good. A friend told me to try the optical cable and plug it directly to the TV. Hopefully, this will get Prime and my Blu-ray player to work on the headset.Another thing that happens quite often is when I use the headset on my computer and then switch it back to the TV...it does not play stereo and only transmits sound from one side. (the side without the on off switch)Customer service quickly responded for me to plug the headset into my phone and listen to a video. This actually does something to reset the headset back to stereo. They also kindly offered a new headset if this fix does not work.May 2024....Decided to buy a complete new unit instead of just replacing the headset that I broke while exercising. Glad I did because the new AS 60 has a mute key and makes the product much more manageable. I can't stand to have frequent TV commercials blaring in my ears. With the new product I just press a button and no more sound! Thanks for listening to my previous suggestion.

These headphones are excellent quality for the price range. They are easy to set up and recharge...just put them back on the base. Volume control is very easy and they are quite comfortable. I have severe discriminatory hearing loss, so I desperately need good headphones to watch TV. The sound quality of these headphones is so good it allows me to fully enjoy my television programs despite my hearing issues. The company customer service is also excellent...I had a question and it was promptly answered.I would definitely buy these again.

As a semi-professional recording artist, I am quite familiar with headphones as I currently own about 6 pair. I have a wireless pair of high quality Sennheiser’s so I was a bit apprehensive as to how good this new pair of wireless headphones would be. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the new wireless headphones! The specs are similar to Sennheiser’s as the frequency range is 20 to 20K, which is better than most humans can hear. It was kind of funny in terms of figuring out what the specs were. They were only listed in the French and German versions of the instruction manual and not the English section. Fortunately, “20” is the same in all three languages!The setup for these headphones was fairly easy and pain free. They cover the ear so they are very comfortable. In fact, they actually block out sound better than the Sennheiser’s so they might be considered noise cancelling. But the major plus and improvement to these headphones would be the 3 options included for various EQ settings. These include a normal setting, as well as one designed for music and one for movies. The music setting seems to add a lot of bass punch and the movie setting seems to enhance other sound frequencies that allow you to experience more of a theater environment.I will primarily use these when working out on my treadmill while watching TV (I can’t hear the TV without headphones because of the noise of the treadmill). Also, when my wife goes to sleep earlier than I do, I can turn off the sound of the TV and listen on the headphones without fear of awakening her. Finally, the range of these headphones is nice as well. I can wear them in the bedroom or office in the front of the house and still hear the sound perfectly without any static or words cutting out because of being some distance away from the TV. Overall, I am quite impressed with these headphones and recommend them wholeheartedly!
