Eiffel Tower Card Model

I love the Eiffel Tower, and collect models of it. After an exhaustive research, I found this on Amazon for a reasonable price and shipping. It is also the largest paper model commercially available of the Eiffel Tower. This is made by a German company and the printing couldn't be more precise. Some of the sheets are printed on both sides, so there is no white showing and are in perfect register. There are options on how to build it, one is easy and doesn't involve cutting out between the lattice work and would still look fabulous when finished. The other is more time consuming, and the result is breath taking. The cover shows a photo of both ways completed. There is text in both German and English, you have to look through the sheets as the English is printed on the backside of some of them probably to conserve paper. It is quite large measuring 40 x 40 cm. (15 3/4 inches x 15 3/4 inches) at the base and 106 cm. (41 3/4 inches tall). I have built all the 3D puzzles available and although they look good and are easier, they look a little toyish compared to this one. I highly recommend this to any Eiffel Tower enthusiast with a little experience cutting and gluing paper models. Basic tools are sharp craft scissors and glue and a ruler. For more advanced, a vinyl cutting mat, sharp hobby knife, sharp craft scissors, flat end tweezers, a metal ruler and a high quality glue that will not warp the paper. When finished it makes a striking display piece or even a romantic table center for a candle light dinner, if you can't make it to Paris. Let your imagination go and have fun with this great model.
