I love this thing, I fill it from my tea pot with boiling water and it stands up to the heat just fine, I can even touch the outside of the plastic without burning my hands. I fill it half with hot water and tea bags and later with cold to dilute the steep some. It fits in my fridge door, probably my favorite purchase on Amazon this year honestly.

I thought that this would be a sturdy jug but the button to close the pourer broke with the first use.

It mentions glass in the heading. I didnt read enough. There is no glass in this item. It is all plastic or similar material. If i had read more carefully i wouldnt have paid so much. It is a nice looking item. I filled it with water and turned it upside down. Water leaked out. I note in the description it says that it "can be stored upright". I should hope so.I'm too busy with work and the current restrictions in our movements to return it. So I'll keep it.Read the description carefully!

I've seen a lot of these kinds of water pitchers on the internet, but after purchasing this one, I know I made the right choice. It is really easy to clean and is a must-have in my house now. I use it all the time and it makes the water taste a lot better!

I love this pitcher because of the fruit diffuser, however when I put lemon, cucumber in it, I noticed there was a moldy smell when I’d drink the water, was not sure why the heck was that happening, so I opened it and there was mold forming in the lid on the inside yuck!...it was only left late night to the AM because I wanted the lemon and the cucumber to really give the flavor to the water, so anyways that’s my only complaint, not sure if that could be fixed with maybe more sealant?! Honestly not sure.The pitcher itself it’s perfect for me, it works, I’m just now so careful when I clean it and I make sure I don’t full it up too much so that the fruit does not float ally he way too the top and makes the lid Moldy.
