Lake Placid Summit Adjustable Youth Ice Skates

Purchased two pairs for my girls for the two times a year that the ice on the pond gets thick enough to play on. The skates were solid, looked great and the kids loved them. Perfect for beginners and for the occasion ice skating.

It's a nice ice skate shoes! The size is adjustable, so me and my partner can both use it. This makes it a great deal. I also like the color, very pop in winter, I can easily find it among all the shoes in the skate field. The shoes are also very comfy, but I may not use it for spinning moves, just skating would be nice.

5 stars for quality and fit. They fit well and are sturdy. I ended up returning them only because my child needs professional skates for figure skating. For beginners or casual skating, these are great and very easy to use.

Great skates for beginners. I love that they’re adjustable so as he grows we can get more use out of them. They’re easy to adjust, too. The combo lace, Velcro and buckles make sure they’re secure for skating and has plenty of ankle support. The blades were a little dull and needed sharpening but that’s an easy fix at any ice area. The only negative is the blade covers are very thin and small. Definitely had to replace the covers but the skates work great.

We purchased two pairs of these skates in the small size and are now moving up to the medium. These are perfect skates for beginners or those who want to skate occasionally for fun. We have a local outdoor ice rink that we used them for. It was nice that they lasted us a couple years since they are adjustable!

My 3-year-old daughter wanted to try ice skating this year, and these have been so much easier to put on and adjust than rental skates. I love that they’ll grow with her, even if she doesn’t use them a ton this season. They hold her tiny feet snug and feel comfy. The price is great too!

My daughter loved the skates and we have already used them a few times and she confirms that they so much more comfortable then the hire skates.

We have had these skates for over a year and we still LOVE them. Amazibg value. Look great, feel great, EASY to get on and off the kids. AND they grow with your child. We have a larger size for our daughter and will definitely buy more once our son eventually outgrows these. You should take them to get them sharpened once they arrive. All skates are sold that way but we didn't think about it and the kids struggled on dull skates until we clued in. We haven't found skate guards that fit but have skate bags anyways so doesn't really matter.
