Great addition
Great addition to your daily intake, I do have severe IBS so these don’t agree with me but a friend takes these instead and do wonders for her. Hair and nails condition are better plus she has lots a few pounds since taking

Amazing, but pungent
I should say from the jump, I'm a green tea, and Matcha tea devotee so am a fan already. But, they do happen to be exceedingly good. Matcha green tea is known to: ~ reduce inflammation ~ fight free radicals ~ reduce oxidative stress ~ it's believed to fight cancer ~ improves brain function ~ increases fat burning ~ may help prevent type 2 diabetes ~ may help prevent cardiovascular disease ~ increases metabolic rate, which aids in weight loss It really is just absolutely marvellous stuff and if you don't want to faff about with making Matcha tea every day, these capsules are an excellent substitution. You get 60 in the bottle, and you're advised to take 2 a day, so the £7.99 cost will last you a month. To be honest, though, if you're new to Matcha, I would really recommend starting with one a day and work your way up to two. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, but they're definitely pungent. Matcha is vegetal, almost to the point of being fishy sometimes - it's not the best - but its health benefits make it worth it. These capsules are easier to take than the tea (the smell lasts for as long as it takes to swallow them) and then you can wash away the flavour with a drink. So, all in all, highly recommended. I received this first bottle through the Vine programme, but I'll order them when they've run out - they really are very good.

Good quality supplement
Easy to take supplement with powerful Matcha Green Tea Tablets - Boosted with Turmeric, Acerola Cherry & Black Pepper! No side effects, and hard to tell whether they are working or not as I have not noticed much difference. I know I am benefiting from high antioxidants when taking these daily :)
