This are super cute and glow really well in blacklight! My only complaint is that you have to put the stars on yourself with sticky dots. Although they hold well, it is just an extra step that I find unnecessary. If they came already on the sticks these would be 5 stars.

I used these at a skating rink party. They glowed in the black light and looked great. The cupcake skirts were easy to assemble and put on. The stars did not come on the sticks, you had to put each one on a stick with a small stickies circle. We had to transport them to the rink so it was hard to keep them from sticking to each other. I didn’t want to wait and assemble them there so…four stars.

Qualify of cutouts are great, but comes with small clear circular adhesive that comes off easily!

These were super cute fast delivery and they aren’t cheap material. Would definitely recommend.
