Out of the box the product had some minor visible damage on one side. Not a huge deal. It still works great. It does want I need it to do.

its like a toy. cant fit any items,all my plates are to big. i can only wash side plates. i do not want this. i will send it back.

Once I finally got this dishwasher going, I am very happy with the functionality, but it was a nightmare to get it hooked up. I had a faucet with a pull down sprayer and as soon as I opened the dishwasher box I realized that it wasn’t going to work. I hoped I could find an adapter to work with the faucet but none at Home Depot worked for it. Then I bought a new faucet with a regular spout and unscrewed the aerator and that one didn’t work either. I looked for an adapter for that faucet and none were available at Home Depot that worked either. I grabbed another faucet, a Moen, which is not the color I wanted or anything, and still I needed an adapter to work with the dishwasher adapter. There was an adapter at Home Depot that worked this time so at least I was able to hook it up.I really bought this portable dishwasher in hopes of an easy plug and play without having all the headache of installing an in-cabinet dishwasher, and in the end it is probably still easier, but it required so many trips to the hardware store and multiple purchases to figure out the solution. The adapter does not work with all or even many faucets on the market today.Despite this… the dishwasher does the best job cleaning that I’ve ever experienced of any dishwasher. It does a great job. Much better than my full size GE dishwasher in another unit.

The media could not be loaded. Below is original review, this is the new one. I love this thing. Glasses are clean. The dry cycle is just fine! It works! Some of the plastics still have some water at the end of the cycle but not bad. It does leak in the back on the bottom left but it is just a little puddle. Shouldn't happen, but it does. I move the silverware basket around to accommodate different loads and that is super convenient! I put a video showing the load i did yesterday. My airfryer basket and tray, and regular dishes. The basket is in the original space. But I can move it in at least 2 more spots.Original review: I bought a countertop dishwasher against my better judgement. Repackaged and sent it back same day lol. I read all the reviews on this 18" portable (rolling) dishwasher and was prepared for all possible disappointments. Like MANY reviews, the box was destroyed when it arrived. If I have to send it back I will need a new foam bottom. The female adapter broke while installing. I replaced the cheap, broken plastic with a new metal fitting and used a hose clamp for cheap, but should not have had to! They should send an extra hose system to each customer! Also, the plastic inside the back wall that positions the male adapter is very loose. I think it's missing a screw because that's is a tiny hole and i am 90% sure it's for a screw. The dishwasher cleans well, but heat dry is too short to dry the dishes. I did not use a rinse aid and I did not have spots on my silverware. I haven't washed glasses yet. It fits what we need as family of three with normal sized dinnerware and pots. No buying small dishes like people do for the countertop variety. I even got a stock pot in on the bottom with plates and the utensil basket 😀 I've only used it once, so time will tell. I will update in a while, after I have either fallen in love with it like I did my RCA portable clothes washer, or, when I've had enough of the troubles brought to my day by this nearly $600 machine.

Exactly what I need. I have a small kitchenette with no space for a built-in so this solves that problem. Since I’m single the size is also perfect. It works like it’s supposed to.

Amazon has been amazing. They sent me a defective model and I contacted them by chat. They did not give me any flack but sent out a new one immediately. And they arranged to have the bad one picked up from my house at no charge. They even gave me a 100.00 rebate because the price dropped since I bought it. It is very small but holds all the dishes very compactly. I can hardly hear it run. My only gripe is that it takes 3 hours to run when I have it set on normal with heated dry and high heat. I haven't tried the other modes yet.

I love my new dishwasher. I have had no problems with it. It rolls easily and fits great in my small kitchen. I put a cutting board on top of it and I have a new prep area. Well worth the money.
