Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift for Leg Length Discrepancies and Heel Pain,Sports Injuries,and Achilles tendonitis,Height Increase Insoles

I like the added comfort of the heel lifts in my shoes. I purchased these heel lifts at the suggestion of my orthopedic doctor to help with the pain of a bone spur on the heel of one of my feet. I ordered the product and put them in my shoes and felt instant relief! I They really do help to relieve foot pain and also make your shoes feel more comfortable to wear. I ordered a few more pairs of the heel lifts so that I could wear them in more than one pair of shoes so that I would not have to take them out of one pair and put them in another pair. They really work! I will order more as needed and recommend to others.

I had surgery for an Achilles rupture and broken heel bone and I’m in the walking boot recovery stage. The walking boot came with these flimsy soft risers and it hurts heel to use the boot. I received this product and put 2, yes the whole pair of 2, in my boot as a heel riser. Oh my goodness! I had absolute no pain when walking. I can’t wait to lower them gradually and not have to wear this but this is a life saver for me. I can actually move around the house without a knees scooter now and use the boot. Thanks to these heel risers. I am so grateful I was able to purchase these and they work perfectly!!!!

Am using a one part of the heal lift. The whole heal lift is too high with the insert to my running shoe. Very clever to have adjustable heights. The only thing I would may change in the design is to make a place for the heal to be stabilized. Like a little rim around the heal. I bought another brand that has that and I can wear them in my birkenstocks. They are great. Can't do that with these because they are stable enough. Again great in inclosed shoes. Love them.

Easy to adjust to correct height. Fits well into shoes. A simple remedy for leg length discrepancy.

This is probably a good product for some, but it does not meet my needs or expectations.

For about 6 months, I had been suffering with extreme pain at the back of my heels, diagnosed as insertional Achilles tendonitis. Heel lifts, among a number of other therapies were suggested by my doctor and after no success with anything else, I purchased this product.Initially I used all 3 layers but because my heel was so inflamed, they did not seem to help. I reduced to one layer and still had some pain but decided to continue, gradually adding the second and third layer.After about a week, along with careful stretching, my pain began to diminish, so it was clear the lifts were reducing the stress on the tendon. As a result I purchases two more sets so I can use in all my shoes.Negative--Absence of adhesive on bottom of third layer. Two yellow strips are provided separately but there are no instructions as to their use. I thought perhaps they were double sided adhesive strips for the third layer but after removing the label on one side, revealing an adhesive layer, there was no way to remove it from the other side.Instead I am using some standard double sided office tape.-After a couple of weeks, the adhesives lose some strength and the pads shift. I expect there is stronger adhesive tape available which can be used as a replacement.However, the adhesive issues are relatively minor compared to the benefit the lifts provide.I was not optimistic the lifts would help and very grateful they have especially since my only other option was surgery.

My doctor recommended I purchase these orthopedic heels. I’d been suffering from pain in my right knee for a while, and could not figure out the cause. I went to a chiropractor and that didn’t really help either. However, after a month of wearing one of these heels on my left shoe- I saw a drastic pain relief from my right knee. I've been able to walk for long periods of time and even got back to running without suffering from my knee pain. The heels have great adhesive, and won’t move in you shoe. They’re also rather comfortable to wear and you won’t feel too much of difference with your shoes. It’s great that each heel comes with 3 removable layers, so you can adjust the height of the heel or you’ll have multiple pairs for your shoes. Overall, great product and would recommend!!

Good product but a little hard to separate if you need to create a lower level. Comfortable in shoes.
