They do subdue the color on screens to a slight orange making it less bright and harsh to the eyes. While I plan to keep them, they're reasonably priced, i don't think I can recommend these. There's an annoying glare on the inside lens, you can literally see your eyeballs staring back LOL. The inside lens part is where the blocking blue light film is, you can tell when you're cleaning fingerprints it's not smooth.

Great fit of frames! Comfortable and blue light blocking. Only draw back is the lack of case. But I'd def recommend.
