This brace is soft and comfortable, and I love the snug fit. It doesn't stay hot or cold long, but it's not advertised as holding heat or cold for a certain length of time. You do have to redo warming and chilling but can be an advantage in managing the temperature.

I'm constantly messing up my wrists snowboarding and this stays cool long enough for the pain to numb, bonus is I can play video games with it on and not experience any discomfort. Also not hard to fall asleep with it on. Really my only complaint is that it stays cold about 10 minutes before it gets too warm.

Love. I get sore hands from typing, gaming and from biting my nails when stressed. This works very well, can be worn over fingers and it stays cold for a long time. Stretches enough to fit my husbands hands as well at a size S/M, he has long term pain after a car accident years ago and programs for a living. Best thing on the market, throwing out my ice packs from just about every other brand now.

i have de quervains so i got this hoping for relief. it fits comfortably and encompasses the thumb too which is great, however it didn't stay cold for very long (maybe 15 minutes). i would say if you need the constant cooling, try getting two and just keep swapping them out. or some people ice on and off this would be fine. i have another one that has thicker ice pak and stays cold much longer but isn't as flexible so it's really a toss up on what is more important to you.

I can not express how helpful these are. I can ice my hand and still move around. The temperature of them is perfect. I bout two sets a while back after carpal tunnel surgery. I bought a couple new ones for my hands that now have arthritis. These are even nice than the last set. Only complaint is that they stayed colder longer but not a big deal.

I only use these cold and not hot so I cannot review for hot use. But I just got these a day ago and I absolutely love the feel of the cold on my wrists and thumb. I cannot complain and at this point I will give it a five star. Quality looks good fit is perfect. I will change the review of anything changes but as of right now absolutely fantastic!

Very durable and well made. I used this regularly for months while dealing with a wrist injury, and it held up extremely well with repeated use. The material feels strong, the gel stays intact, and the wrap maintains its shape and effectiveness. It helped reduce my pain tremendously, and I cannot recommend it enough. The texture feels AMAZING. It its comfortable and stays cold for a good amount of time.

It fits nice at first it feels good then within a few min it is no longer cold

Can be freezed and microwaved, good buy

Have sent a few messages but these are so big they slide off my wrists. They also stay cold for a very very very short period of time!

Doesn’t stay cold longer than three minutes no matter how long it is frozen
