Delicious
Great gluten free pasta, and in addition to tasting great hot it makes a delicious cold pasta salad. Have taken it to book club twice and everyone loved it. A bit of a shipping issue but the sellers responded quickly and got right on it, I will happily up this product from them again.

not mushy
This is really good gf pasta. Whether you cook it in water and then add to your recipe or put it, dry, into the casserole and let it hydrate in the oven, it is tasty and keeps its shape.
