I bought this for my Fitbit 5. I love it but the Fitbit is not keeping a charge. And I tried everything.

As far as charging stands go, this definitely makes it much easier to charge your band. It would be nice if it was a little heavier in the base or perhaps a piece of double sided sticky tape but amount of time you just don’t want them in the same place but I find it to be very helpful as well constructed as a piece of plastic and it immediately picks up the device Good maintenance strength and use and definitely a good value for the money. I’ll update this further on, but I think this one’s gonna make it just it could be a little more to the base

I HATE the standard Fitbit chargers, the watch always slips slightly off so you leave it on the charger and it’s a 50:50 chance it’s actually charging. The worst part is that if you try to check if it’s charging, you now have a 50:50 chance that you just caused it to stop charging. This lets you see that it’s charging with much less risk of moving it off the contacts.

This charger stand is way smaller than I expected, almost a toy really. It's all plastic with no weight in the base so picking up the watch means the charger comes with you unless you are careful to remove the watch from it first. It does the job of charging the watch but it certainly doesn't feel like a nice piece of equipment, nor does it make me want to buy it again. It's the bare minimum you could expect for this kind of thing. Cheap and poorly made but just enough to make it feasible to keep it and use it.

I had to replace me charger so ordered this one. It works well with my fitbit. As with my original charger, you have to make sure all of the pins are connected for it to start charging. It works well and I would recommend purchasing it.

So yes, this is light as a feather which I was prepare to use an adhesive pad to mount it to my night stand but as others have said the watch will not stay in the charge position and the magnet is very weak. The oem charger has a very strong magnet and if this thing was comparable it might work but it doesn't. If I clasp the band in a small circle just right I can get it to charge but it is still not reliable.

I dropped this the first time I went to plug it in and it broke in half. Now that I have glued it back together I also see it is way too small to be functional. My watch cannot fit on it while it stands and the cheap plastic is so lightweight that it simply falls over. The connectors don't seem to work as well as my other cable either. Maybe I will glue it down or add a base. So I guess don't bother buying this; a simple cable would have been better.

will it get the job done?, yes but barely, is it worth more then 5 dollars?, no

Had some delivery problems first of all - package arrived empty. Had to ask for a refund and re-order. When it came it worked just as I had hoped. Great little charger!
