Twisted XMen's Mdmst03 Chukka Boot

Absolutely astonished by theses boots!! First of all, is there such a thing as a light weight comfortable steel toe boot and if there is what kind of money are we talking about when just good brand name boots such as Justin or Ariat are 200.00 and up! The answer is yes, Yes and YES!!!! These steel toe boots (Twisted X) are not only incredibly lightweight but comfortable too!! The design of these boots are unique and just looking at them on someone you would think that those are some really stylish boots because they look great with jeans but I don't think many people would even think about them being steel toe work boots! Saying that I feel like the second thought would be how much are they even before knowing they are steel toe work boots which are not cheap nor very comfortable at least in my experience especially when you wear a size 14. Usually there are very heavy and kind or gawky when you get up in the bigger sizes 12 and up! With all this said you can get these incredibly stylish and comfortable steel toe for around 150.00 bucks!!! Yeah it's not a typo and there are a few different styles and colors(mine have the orange laces and some orange on the soles) but they have neon yellow and just a plain leather look.I wouldn't care if the doggone thinks we're hot pink at this point because I work 12 hour shifts on concrete floors as many hours a week as they will let me work and these boots are a game changer! I haven't even broke them in and they are 5x more comfortable and lightweight than the 3 previous boots I bought from composite toe tennis shoes to steel toes that erre advertised as lightweight but nothing even came close to these!!! I would advise buying the insoles that are sold separately on Amazon and it will give you that option before checking out! I'm so impressed and this is the first review I have ever wrote on anything and probably the last but I would rate these at a 10 there just isn't enough stars on the ratings!So if you're like me and have a huge foot and you have to wear steel toes then take a serious look at these and if you don't like them you can always send them back but I doubt that happens very often with this product because of its lightweight, comfort and price!

These are the most comfortable pair of steel toes I've worn. The toe is plenty wide, giving your feet freedom to move throughout the day. I bought these after having foot pain due to narrow boots and haven't had any issues with them. Arch support is on the low side, but I personally prefer that. Outsoles are rugged and grip well, I haven't had any issues with them while climbing all over trailers at work. The laces get beat up quick and the leather requires some periodic oiling to stay supple but I chalk that up to Twisted X using natural leather instead of the synthetics you get from other boot manufacturers. As a side note, since these are natural leather they'll soak up water in a hurry, so if you plan to get them wet a lot I'd invest in a water-resistant conditioner or oil more frequently.

I didn't know that I could get any cooler until I tried these on. I mean, I'm super cool (ask my wife), but I put these on and I was like 'dang, look how cool I am!'. Really comfortable and I dig the colors...even though I'm color blind. Don't make fun of that though, I don't think that would be very nice of you. I've had them for a week and they are still really comfortable. Also, I'm still really really cool. Buy these and be cool with me.

Perfect good calidad

I had a hard time finding a pair that fit "just right". Seemed like the process of manufacturing may be a little inconsistent. One pair bit me in the heel from possibly some faulty reinforcement. Another seemed to be stitched to tight on the padding around the ankle that felt really uncomfortable. It also seemed pretty narrow on the same shoe, right foot. That may have broken in after time but wasn't sure if I would break first. Eventually found a pair that fit just perfectly and I love them. May be wise to find a store to actually try them on before purchasing unless you have a lot of time to return and have another pair sent for exchange.

Love these. Nice compromise between comfort and safety.

Booth these for my son in 0ctober 2024 and within a couple months the toe was wearing and the stitching was coming apart. Today, the entire steel toe plate come out while walking. He did not wear these as his daily shoe and did not wear them for anything other then his shoes he’d wear to school. Not for far or work use.

One of my hubbies favorite shoes. He orders a pair about every 18 months but he switches out with Brunt boots throughout the week as well. But he’s been using these ones for about 10 years now.
