get it right the first time as this sticks strong
this looks wonderful once applied. looks just like veneer wood. however, be super careful when applying as it is very strong so if you get it wrong, it is super difficult to remove so take your time and measure careful.

The Abyssaly Sticky Back Plastic in white wood effect is a fantastic way to give your furniture, walls, or worktops a fresh, modern look without spending a fortune. The subtle wood grain adds a touch of elegance, perfect for brightening up tired surfaces or adding a decorative finish to your DIY projects. At 30cm x 200cm, it’s a good size for smaller tasks like covering shelves, tables, or even creating feature panels. Poor quality, tears easily and not staying stuck down
I am really dissapointed with this product it is poor quality. The plastic is very brittle and tears so easily even when taking care, it does not like staying stuck down and edges keep popping back up. I used it to cover a drawer front, I dont think it is going to last a week. Lovely wood effect though. But I would not recomment and I wont buy any more.

Beautiful Effect, Tricky Application
I really love the wood design – it looks natural and elegant once applied. But you need patience during installation because it bubbles easily and sticks very fast. Great for upgrading cheap furniture if you take your time and work carefully.

Ok for skilled wrappers, amateurs may struggle
It's quite thin, so on flat surfaces it goes on fine but anything else, it creases easily and doesn't always stick down. Also doesn't work as well as others I've used with a heat gun. Design is ok, although if you look closer the definition gets hazy. Overall, not bad if you know what you're doing, amateurs may struggle.

Lovely quality, maybe not suited to my purpose but still a great buy
I bought this as I made my own "Dice Tray" using my 3D Printer, and wanted to give it a classic "wood grain" finish and remembered from a youtube channel (LGR) that they used wood grain vinyl on their PC build and thought "hey that looks amazing" that this is infact a thing - of course I remembered that back in the old days we would wrap our school folders in this sort of material for no reason other than it looked cool!Anyway I print using PLA, and after the print I wiped the surfaces, the vinyl stuck to the sides however when it had to negotiate around a corner I pulled it flush, pushing out air bubbles as I went, to find just a day later, it had come up a bit, I am constantly pushing down in certain areas to get it to form the shame more closely, they are sharp 90 degree angles, so it shouldn't really be a problem, but maybe it doesn't like the PLA, or maybe I will need to rough up the surface of the plastic a bit to help the vinyl stick? I don't know.. Either way I am still happy with the product, I have converted my Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay notebook into a woodgrain notebook and it works perfectly on that so, its nothing wrong with the product itself, just maybe not what my intended use is.

Finally a bit of lux in the lounge.
Super amazing look wow absolutely transformed our living room. I am also so proud of myself to have done this little project on our tv stand. Was sick of the grey look and fancied something a bit more luxurious and wow did we deliver! Was worried it would be too dark but actually works so well for our living room and colours so far. I did mess up on application at the start because I think I didn’t zig zag putting on the vinyl at first (see the crinkled bit) but then I got good at it and the opposite end of the top of the stand ended up super clean and I managed to do the doors really well after getting the hang of it! I suggest if you’ve never done this before start on something small first and don’t just go straight in. Overall, honestly amazing, really pleased with the look, takes a bit of patience but once you get the hang of it, it flows well! The black was very forgiving and when I cut pieces I needed a little too short, I just overlapped a bit and you wouldn’t even know it unless you’re about 10 cm close!!Great quality product! Will take a break now, my back has had it today haha!

Decent
Seems a bit on the thin side.I've used these to cover a large wardrobe, found that it covered well, though it's easy to damage. It's much easier to apply to a horizontal surface, applying to a vertical surface can lead to stretching/creases.If you want to be picky and have a perfect finish I would recommend dismantling a wardrobe/unit carcas so that they can be laid flat to apply. Allow plenty of time and go slow and gentle.I used the left overs to cover some photo frames and these looked great too.
