If there is a product you should buy for postpartum, this is it. This product has helped me heal faster than anyone I know. Keeps you feeling clean, fresh and really helps you heal quickly for after natural labor. This product is good for vaginal tearing from labor. Also the product smells good and is very relaxing.

Good epsom for my sitz baths but $22 for a bag is expensive. Not sure if I would buy it again since you can find much cheaper at Walmart. 3-stars because the smell is the only thing that’s worth the cost or I would have returned it. Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. After using these salts consistently for a while now I realize you don’t need much. I use a tablespoon in my sitz bath. I will reorder this. The salts don’t dry out my sensitive areas and I’m addicted to the smell too.
