Just wanted to say, the burning sensation does happen, however, it seems to be caused by consuming these on an empty stomach. I got myself a quick bite to eat along with this after feeling the burn, and it went away immediately after consuming some food. I would recommend following instructions with these as consuming more can lead to worse potential side effects.

Be careful not to take too many at once, especially with recommendation for 1 per day. If your tummy tum tum feels a bad way, it might be best to avoid taking any that day!Overall, I still would like to try evening versus morning to see if I prefer a better time of day and if one may better support my body, goals, and/or make a difference in my metabolism.Great for the price and 100mg more than another brand I previously purchased, so a deal in my eyes!

I see some reviews complaining about the burn. I take 2 and then have a meal. I have not experienced any discomfort at all.

I was recommended cayenne for circulation issues among other benefits. I can say that I’ve been taking these over a year now and they do help with the circulation I can have in my hands and feet. It does help with that and I will continue to use it for that purpose. Good herb to add to your diet. I wouldn’t take any more than one a day as you might get some burning issues. Always take with food also.

Probably should look for one that is enteric coated to avoid the terrible stomach burning.
