Probably needs a defuser but no led dots, clean constant white light even if it is a little too bright for my application. Great value

I’ve never seen a light so bright ever. I bought this for a little light at the back of my stick insect container. Unless they want to feel like they are performing at the O2 arena (which they don’t) then it can’t be used. Gets really hot too. I can’t use it.

USB A only support 18w max with special charger and design. Most charger give 5w to 10w.but this strip consume 6w per meter , that means 3 meters are maximum.I have bought 3 meter , cut into 2.5m and the charger is overheated. Must be very careful

Was looking for some led strips to light up some christmas boxes, and wanted some 5volt ones to run from a standard phone charger etc. These can be cut every 5cm, and are dimmable, although i would say maybe have them running when you cut them, as on my first cut the line did not line up with the center between 2 leds, and i took out the last 5cm of the run, as i actually cut through the last led, but no big deal but with them lit, you can easily see where the led gaps are running them at slightly less power than the 5 volts.

USB length is short. you have to buy USB extension

This 2m red LED strip has a lot of LEDs per inch, and so produces a nice even light - however if left uncut the 2m full length requires 3.5A at the usual USB 5.2v which is too much for many USB Power supplies (hence the missing star).Cut the strip at 1m length and add another plug to make two 1m strip lights, and you'll be very happy with this light strip.

Item has been up for 3 weeks and as shown above has 2 parts of it which has stopped working which I'm not very impressed by .. totally ruined the look

Fantastic set of lights. Really bright. Would definitely recommend.
