Q: Can someone tell me how to get the stand to 45 degrees, please? I don’t want to force it too much but it does not appear to want to move.

Hi there. When I first got the stand the ball movement was quite stiff and I was reluctant like you to try and move the cradle. However it does move up and down and side to side and I guess it is designed that way so it remains in the position you choose even with the weight of the phone or iPad on it. I guess it can only be positioned to the limits of the ball joint movement and whether this is enough to get the 45 degrees you are after I am not sure as I just have the cradle tilted up slightly so I can see the screen comfortably when FaceTiming someone. Hope this has helped a bit.

Q: How tall is the product when Mount is on top?

When opened up and the phone sat in the holder the top of the phone from the bottom clip probably around 20cm
