Do not trust the colour of the wiring. I brought 2 of these and they were both wired wrong. After fitting the first one and it failed immediately, I checked inside the led transformer before fitting the second one, to find that the live (brown) and neutral (blue) where the wrong way round! See picture. I fitted the second one accordingly and it did work, so far, but I am not sure I trust them to be safe?! They do look nice when working but they are very bright.

Nice product, was pretty simple to assemble just follow the video on the Amazon page and ignore the manual. Fitting once assembled is a little more difficult, the transformer sits inside the silver base and leaves little roon for any wires from the roof to then fit in. It just takes a little extra time that a slightly larger housing would resolve.Once fitted the light looks good and is bright, the light is quote a cold white rather than warm in colour, but thats down to personal taste.*** Updated the light blew today 8 months after purchase taking out a fuse box, reset the fuse and light is dead, of course only with a 30 day warranty, so beware of that.

I was looking forward to receiving what looked like a great light. What arrived was very disappointing. The base plate, which sits behind the LEDs was scratched. A lot. I mean if you rubbed it up and down gravel it would look like this. Then there's the LED controller which had heat marks on the attached label. Had it been advertised as second-hand I'd have been quite disappointed with the quality. But no, this was supposed to be a new item. It clearly wasn't and was immediately returned for a refund.

Very neat and flush to ceiling. Very happy with the brightness in both dining room and conservatory. Family member fitted them for me without difficulty. Also very good value for money. No negatives to report

Bought two to brighten a hallway and we now have six. They are really bright and white, not so suitable for lounge or bedrooms, but if you want something bright and daylight white then they are really good. Take a little time to put together and install, but they look good and work well. Here's hoping they last too.
