I bought 2 of the shower heads and have had them now for 3 years. They have worked great and performance has been as advertised. The only thing I had to change was the hand held hose. I moved recently and tried to reinstall them in our new home but unfortunately one of the joints had worn out. I was about to order another one but just decided to see if I could just order the part. To my surprise, I found out that the product came with a 3-year warranty for parts and the 3-year date was coming up in June (a month away). I contacted them via the email that came with the product. Lo and behold, they replaced the part free of charge. The response was very cordial and prompt. They contacted me back to make sure it was received. Great Customer Service! These products work well and last. I highly recommend this company. I recently bought an extension arm to the shower head to increase its reach. It was easy to install and like the rest of the products - no leaks, no rust.

Great Quality

Using it in our master bathroom shower. Was a bit more challenging to install than expected - you really have to crank it tight to make it stay, but once in the correct position, it has worked like a champ! One recommendation would be for them to make the tightening clamps a bit more robust so you don’t have to crank quite as hard, but would definitely recommend this product!

I bought this for my husband so that he could have a better shower experience. My husband is 6”10 and I’m 5”3 (what I lack in height, I make up for in personality). I’ve always been able to have a good shower experience because I’m short, but my husband,on the other hand, always has to duck underneath the showerhead just so he can wash his head. So I bought this product to take some of that height difference off of him (I try to do whatever I can to help my baby out). the installation was very easy to do & it is actually sturdy in weight and functionality for its value. It looks great and it definitely gave a lot more length for him to have a better shower experience since he can adjust the height to his liking.
