High quality product for a great price! They are super easy to install, light weight, and very functional for thief prevention. You cannot open the window AT ALL when this is installed!! Size is ideal and it fits all the windows in my house. Package arrived fully sealed, instructions are on the back, and it has a black piece you insert under the metal part for extra precaution. So happy with my purchase!

We bought these to limit the opening of our windows because we have young kids. It might be a little “overkill” as I do not think my kids will open a window and jump out but it is always better to be safe than sorry. Use: It does a great job of what it is supposed to do. The black rubber prevents scratching the surface of the window. It took us less than a minute to install them. It is so easy, it can even be done with one hand (see my video) Pro(s): - Very easy install - The grip is tight and does not easily come off Con(s): - Does not look the best - Although the black rubber prevents scratches on the front facing surface of the window frame, it does not prevent scratches on the side of the sliding window Tip(s): - If you leave a little rubber extended of where the sliding window will be hitting this stopper, it will help cushion it and prevent scratches

Brain-piercing audio alarm will indeed wake you, and everyone else within a five mile radius, should someone be silly enough to open the door or window you have this humble alarm affixed to. Peace of mind? Yeah, it works as long as the batteries are fresh. Value for money? I'd say the doggone thing works about as well as a shrieking harpy stuck with a cattle prod would, so yes on that. Ease of use? Yeah, it's about as easy to use as riding a bicycle (probably actually easier than that since bicycles have confusing things like gears and wheels on them just to mess with mens' minds): you slop it onto the surface, flip the switch to "brain piercingly loud shriek" and you're solid. The chime is cute, if you dig cutesie little "welcome to my shop" type of alerts but the other alarm setting is sufficient to stun a police dog or blast the eardrums of any attempted thief.
