Can you adjust this camera (up, down, left, right) like some other side view camera?

The lens is fixed so the only adjustment depends on the surface you attach it to. If you need to have it adjustable you should fabricate an adjustable base for it.

How sets picture up or down for left or right?

Will this work on regular cars?
