ALTRAMen's Solstice XT 2

The fit of this shoe make me realize how ill fitted ALL my other shoes were, this these are the simply best fit & form shoes. All the toes has enough room to move about & function and the heal of the shoes stay planted. The MVP is the even thought the toes has enough room to do their thing the other parts of the shoes is snug and no foot is not sloshing around.The cushion is just perfect, the sole is not too aggressive compared to a lot of barefoot shoes and the there is slight support where the arch begins which makes we walk tirelessly for milesThe final detailing of the shoes is not as perfect as the big brands as I assume their production process might not be that streamlined but I will easily overlook that and still give a solid 5 star.

I had two other pairs of these in gray and black, but these are my new favorites. They are comfortable, light, breathable, and they look great. The size was exactly the same as my other two pair.

These are great. Perfect all around shoe for most workouts - running, plyo, calisthenics, Crossfit, etc.Light weight, durable, great arch support. Flat/level base great for squat posture.Bounce between a couple locations - have purchased 5-6 pairs over the years with 1 pr in ea home base. I'll buy them again when the current sets wear out.

I bought these for working and and rowing. They're super comfortable and the rubber is super grippy. The rubber on the soles started pealing off the foam in the first 3 or 4 days. I fixed it with some shoe glue.

Great fit and useful for functional fitness + short sprints.First ALTRA SHOE ever after many (lone Peaks, Tori, tc.) that the SOLE is starting to UNGLUE after 3 hours of use and about 6 miles on a treadmill!!

I love this shoe for most activities. The toe box is wide but heel and midsole hug your foot for a secure feel, the sole thickness is medium and squish level is medium. I can feel the ground but it doesn't hurt my feet or joints.This shoe is great for walking, sprinting, jumping, short jogs, upper body gym days.Not suitable for squatting or deadlifts, but that's fine there are shoes for that and they are not good at all the other stuff. I love my reebok nanos for squats but the solstice is much better for agility and sprint training. I can't speak to longevity I've only worn them a few dozen times, but I have a pair of altra escalante that I've done hundreds of miles in and they seem comparable in quality with what I expect from the brand.

Summary: Do not purchase. These shoes will fall apart within 4 weeks of indoor use, and the manufacturer refuses to replace.When these shoes arrived just, they felt great. I was super happy about finding a comfortable shoe. With clothing and shoes, Amazon's free return policy is something I always watch out for, because you just never know how things would fit. I began wearing these shoes three times a week, only inside of gym while playing racquetball. Let me restate this - these shoes have never seen any rough outdoor surfaces, which you can confirm from the mint condition of outsoles on the attached picture. After 4 weeks of wearing them, I noticed that one part of the black outsole is peeling off of the rest of the sole (white). After 8 weeks, I had multiple of these separations. This just screams poor construction quality. Knowing that Altra has a 1 year warranty policy for its shoes, I have filed my complaint with all requested information. They ended up refusing my claim on the basis that I din't purchase shoes directly from them or one of their authorized retailer. They didn't care that the problem is not related to the retailer, but to the quality of their product. Their explanation was that they cannot verify authenticity of product if it is purchased out side of their approved network. So they just prefer leaving their customer hanging dry. It seems Altra does not stand behind their product, and so this pair of their shoes will be the only one I own. I'll also make sure to tell all my friends to stay away.

Wide toe box, adequate cushion, zero drop, and they look better than most traditional lifting shoes. I wish they made more colors of these. I've quickly made this my only lifting shoe.

Great wide toe box. Good heel cup. 8/10 so far… takes 6 months to fully judge a shoe. So far excellent product

Die Schuhe sind sehr bequem und fühlen sich fast wie Hausschuhe an. Leider ist nach nicht mal einem Jahr der Stoff an der Seite gerissen. Darf bei dem hohen Preis einfach nicht passieren!

I like the shoes. The only minor issue is that mine came with some notable glue stains (see photos). Doesn't seem to affect their endurance, so I'm ok with that. Bought these for solo basketball drills. So far so good. Probably wouldn't use in actual game as that might shorten their lifespan greatly, I think.

Large toe box absolutly perfect. Largest I haven't try. But For the first time in my life, I had to choose one size up.

Very comfortable
