These were a perfect solution to my heel and foot pain. After two weeks I no longer have any pain walking, my swollen heel is no longer swelling and I am back to walking my usual distances. They were easy to trim to my size and easy to insert. I have already ordered more for future use.

I have been using these Spenco insoles for the 10 or so years! They are my favorite! They provide great support and just the right amount of cushioning. I put them in all of my athletic shoes. Insoles nowadays are too stiff for my feet and end up making them hurt. I have tried many different ones and found that these work the best for my feet. My arch I would say is medium to high.

Love them , comfortable fit.. easy walk. Just perfect. I’d buy again and again. Price is affordable.

Due to bad case of bilateral plantar fasciitis, I have been trying MANY inserts to get relief. Altho each person is probably different, these did not have enough arch support from my perspective. Retunred. I found Valsole to be best overall for my feet, even tho I am not 220 lbs! Hero walker also a decent alternative (4 stars), esp for the lower price, and have more support and less cushion than these. If you only need CUSHION, these may be a 5 star for you.

I’ve been using these insoles for about 20 years now. They hold up well and the cross trainer type will put the “pep” in your step. Thickness is great, they are very comfortable, and they come with a warranty.

Unfortunately, it looks like Spenco changed the way they make their polysorb inserts. The one on the left has a thicker heel and is more durable than the one on the right. I'm returning this new pair. I'm disappointed.

just what my wife needed. perfect fit.

Ordered a pair of these cross trainer insoles hoping to use them in my cross trainer shoes. The insoles do seem to have a good amount of cushion and support and I really like them but the heel area is so thick that I could not put my feet all they way in the shoes like I did before and the shoes felt like they would fall off when running. I don't use cheap twenty dollar shoes. I have a pair of Merrell cross trainers and these insoles don't leave much room for my feet. I'll put them in my hiking boots where the sides are higher and my foot won't get pushed out.I would have rated them five stars except for the fact that these cross trainer insoles don't fit in actual cross trainer shoes. Very disappointed. I would still try this brand again but next time, only if I could buy local and see them up close before buying so I know they will work in the shoes I want them for.
