Global Crafts 8" Painted Gecko Recycled Haitian Metal Wall Art Multi Colored, Pink with Dark Dots

I bought 3 of these. A good friend has some of these they had purchased on a trip to Florida years ago. These appeared to be almost exactly like the ones she has. I think I like them more than my husband...but that's OK!

These little metal geckos delight me! I’ve now got four climbing on my wall. They add such a nice touch of color and whimsy.I love knowing that they help people in Haiti, who craft these.Thoroughly pleased with my (repeated) purchases.

What a cute little guy. The metal used is from oil tanks. What a priceless idea! The two I bought, a frog and the gecko, were painted by children in Haiti. This is a fair trade product that brings money back to the much needed areas, cleans up the enviroment and just plain makes fun and beauty out of one of Earth's burdens. The colours are bright and fun. The metal is very strong as you would imagine! I want to get more of these to put on the ceilings, doors, over closets, anywhere you might find a little critter. What fun! And I give back to the world and its peoples everywhere while I adorn my apartment and give gifts to my friends. A cherishable gift.

Pink is a pastel not a hot fuschia like I wanted but still adorable and happy color. Well made and perfect for my wall.
