Great Product
I love this water stand. It was very easy and quick to assemble (less than 10 minutes). No instructions needed. I bought three pre-filled primo water jugs at Walmart. I purchased a pack of silicone reusable water jug caps to allow me to refill them. I refill my water at whole foods (total cost is less than $8 to refill all 3 jugs with reverse osmosis filtered water). Before refilling I wash the jugs so they are clean and after 2-3 times refilling I bring my primo jugs into walmart and exchange them for a new set, less than $20. I exchange for a new set because I worry about bacteria growing inside and not being able to clean it properly. You need to be careful with the water spout as it seems a little fragile if you are too rough. The stand itself has held up great and seems sturdy. Will update my review if anything were to go wrong, but I love my setup.

Light but very sturdy - great buy
Easy to assemble and STURDY. Fits the typical 5 gallon plastic water jugs you can refill.Have had it for a couple months now and it is great. We have had two empty jugs at the bottom two shelves and a full jug at the top and the stand does not tip over or wobble. The water spout that came with the stand was pretty cheap and we had to replace it with ones that were easier to use. The stand itself is great though and we are very happy with it.

Compact and works great
I bought this to use since I have well water. I was surprised that it’s actually sturdy and holds 3 of the 5 gallon jugs. The top one is at a slant and the nozzle is easy to use.

So Far So Good
Two reasons why I did not give it 5 stars. But first, the good... seems sturdy (only had it a couple of days now), aesthetically pleasing to the eye (as much as any water storage rack can be), and does not leak. Oh, it'll drip immediately after use, just like every water cooler ever made in the history of man, but it doesn't leak. Nothing holding your water bottle under the spigot an extra 3 seconds couldn't take care of. Now, what I feel is lacking... since everything from Bottle Buddy is seemingly modular, I bought a 4 jug rack and this 3 jug rack with dispenser with the plan of making the top tier of the 4 jug rack the dispenser. It worked, just like I thought it would, but there is no way to connect the 2 racks together securely. I bought the connectors from the BB website, but they are essentially useless unless your racks are the same height and have the same tops, i.e. regular jug tiers and no dispenser. The collar connectors they supply with the connector kit work ONLY in keeping the shelves in close proximity to each other, not plumb or straight with each other. That is achieved with a piece that connects to the same racks at the same level which I do not have in my configuration. I did however find a workaround. I moved the collared connectors up as high as I could on my shelving configuration and then used the cap-like connectors on the bottom, upside down, with the flat side resting on the floor. I had to cut about 30% of the plastic off with my Dremel and a little cutting wheel to get them to fit properly, but it works, and you can't even notice the hack job. And finally the second thing, the spigot is bright white, which in my opinion just sticks out like a sore thumb on my all black shelves. But that's a me problem. In summation... if you're gonna use it for it's intended purpose as designed and packaged, it's a great system.

Perfect for everyone
This is at a perfect height for my kids to water when they are thirsty, they don’t even ask for my help anymore. Once the water runs out it’s easy to switch out the bottles.

Simple, Awesome
Holds jugs really well. It doesn’t tip them over, it doesn’t run away. If you need to hold 3 large jugs in a vertical space saving manner, you should use this. It works.

Poorly built. Horrible Cap Design, Leg Pegs / Tray Loosly Fits
They really need to re-engineer this. Problems 1. The Cap to dispense the water does not thread on.. If you are very mechanical you can get it to barely work but I don't know that it will hold and not bust out causing water to flood your floor which if you have a nice place can cause water damage.. If you have carpel tunnel or just don't want to fuss with the lid, you might not even be able to do it.. I could see a lot of people not being able to do it.. It took me 5 minutes of struggle to get the cap on and I'm very mechanical. 2. very loose fitting plastic legs and tray contribute to poor product design. 3. Instruction photographs too small and instructions complicated.. You would think instructions for such a product would be simple.. They are not.. I had to squint my eyes to even see the diagrams.. If they had just put bigger pictures with simple instructions it would be a lot better but they are very small picutures with a lot of fine print.. It's not a book! Just tell people what goes where! Summary.. I haven't returned it yet.. I'm going to get water to see if the cap will hold and if it is still as difficult to put the cap on.. but the fact you have to think about putting the spout on is all you need to know about the faulty engineering.. It should just thread on but no you have to think about it and fight with it.. that's not good design. Please fix you product for the sake of elderly people and people who are not mechnical.. If I struggle as a mechanical person --- most people will..
