cleaner is good, the slight flex is good, plastic is perfect, I just didnt realize they came with the ridge on one end. most of the cups we have (for the adults) have spring loaded holes you push a straw into which of course doesnt work with the lip that prevents the straw from falling out. but come on, a 10" straw, whats it going to fall out of? the kids dont use these, but anyways its okay, still worth the price and can use the straws upside down where needed.

Es la segunda vez que los compro para mi mamá que es una persona de la tercera edad, son muy durables y el cepillo es excelente para limpiarlos. Altamente recomendables

I was hesitant to order based on reviews, but when I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised with nice sturdy drinking straws. How anyone could 'melt' the ring off is beyond me. A little longer than what I need, yes, however they will work just fine for the price paid. I was only after a brush because I have 4 straws but now I have a nice brush and extra straws if needed. Every straw is clean and happy! PS-I use a dishwasher but would never think to place these in there, nothing is really going to get into the shaft, it is just easier to use some soapy warm water and the brush, air dry.
