Easy to use!
This tire repair kit is perfect! We have used them twice so far with great results. I like it because there was no need to use a tool to clean a hole in the tire. Just remove the nail and screw this in, and it works like magic.

When you run into two nails...
And... I guess these came in time as I got a flat about a week after it arrived... Two nails (because just one is not gangster enough... I think that's what the cool kids would say... don't know... as I'm not cool...), but with a little rubber cement, it went in and sealed the puncture without problem. I would say that it came through in a pinch, easy to use, but just got to be patient. The two nails did go in through the thread, so perhaps there's more area for it to seal up to, but so far, no leak. The car is not used every day, so perhaps just 350 miles since I put this in. However, so far... so good.

Great tire plugs
Sure beats old style tire plugs. Especially for lawn tractor tires.

Quick fix that works
I used these rubber nails to patch a small tire puncture, and they worked perfectly. Easy to use and sealed the hole tight — no air leaks since. Great to have on hand for emergencies. Definitely worth it for a fast, reliable fix!

Bought them and hope I never have to use one.
I hope these work when the time comes. The idea is good. A fast patch or temp patch to get you home. So I put some in the car, truck, E bike box. and hope I never have to use one.

Works surprisingly well
My tire picked up a nail about 1/8" in diameter - the body of the nail actually sealed the hole pretty well and I only had to air up the tire every couple weeks, but it was still a little annoying. I picked up these screw plugs as they seemed easier to use than a traditional string plug, although I was a little skeptical that they'd work as well. I pushed the body of the nail into the tire, then screwed one of these in - it seemed like it still leaked a little overnight, so I sized up to a larger plug the next morning. The install, uninstall and reinstall were all very easy and I was pleased to see zero air leakage after several weeks of being in the tire. Each of these kits comes with individually packaged plugs, so they're easy to separate out into your emergency roadside kit if you have multiple cars that you're taking care of.

These held up to 100 MPH for me
I bought a set of these when I knew I had a slow leak due to a very fine nail being embedded in my tire. The car was practically new, I had maybe 3000 miles on it, and I intended this as a temporary fix until I could get to the dealer for a permanent inside patch. You know what happens with "temporary" repairs. I have put another 20,000 miles on the tire, including several trips across SW Florida's Alligator Alley at sustained speeds of 90 MPH and spurts up to 110. The dealer rotated the tires at about 10,000 miles and again at 20,000 without noticing the repair. These would be useless for anything but a clean round hole, but for the type of puncture I had, they were a perfect and very, very easy repair. I now carry a bag of these and a can of fix-a-flat at all times.
