Model Fire Engines: Tomica: Full-Color Reference Guides to Die-Cast Emergency Vehicles

I recently rediscovered my love of diecast vehicles from my youth, especially fire vehicles. I have all three books in this series, so far, and truly hope the author releases more. The photos are excellent with so many rare or limited edition vehicles shown. This book ( and the others) are an absolute treasure chest for anyone collecting, or just a fan of miniature vehicles. I absolutely recommend this book.

I was excited to receive this full color reference guide - based on Andrew Benzie's personal TOMICA collection. It's incredibly helpful that Benzie produce this book capturing his personal collection of over 250 diecast emergency vehicles. I feel this is a fun book for anyone interested in collecting these models, but also any child/adult interested in collecting items of their choice. How joyous to collect and then publish a book to inspire others. I love this book for so many reasons.

Very much enjoyed this book concerning my collection of Tomica emergency vehicles. It helped me a lot in collecting and knowing what I had and what I did not have in collecting Tomics vehicles. I would highly recommend this book as a reference to what is collectible from Tomica

Being a lifelong diecast vehicle collector who specializes in emergency vehicles I was very excited to learn of Mr. Benzie's series of books on Emergency vehicles! There are many books out there covering diecast models from certain makers but only a few that focus specifically on Fire, EMS and emergency models. I've gotten all three of his books so far and given the caliber of their quality and content they sit on the shelf next to my book on emergency diecast by Dr. Edward Force. These new books will be excellent references for years to come and I can't wait for the next in the series!

It is very rare that someone takes the time to put together a book like this. I love it. Pictures are great and there is detail on the year the models were made . As a collector of diecast for 47 years , I for one and very pleased to now own a reference guide like this. This book is a must have for the collector!
