A nice belt loop and the pliers have a lanyard to the sheath as well.

Q: What is the weight of the actual tool, not the package?

I dont know the exact weight. I have felt lighter for sure but these are the best. The larger van staal were way to heavy thats why I biught the 6 inch. Very happy.

On the inspection sticker it says made in Paraguay. I'm not sure what's the difference between the Korean made and the newer Paraguay version. In terms of the pliers themselves, it's titanium metal and the holder is leather so the quality is great. Thank you for your question.

Yes. I use mine for very thin line and braids. It easily grips 2 lb and cuts them easily as well.
