Delivered a Used & Faulty UnitI received an already-used item from Amazon. The product is completely dead, not charging, and clearly defective.Shockingly, the seller is not only reselling returned products, but also those returned because they were faulty in the first place. To make matters worse, they’ve marked the item as brand-serviceable only, putting the entire burden of fixing a defective product on the customer.What’s even more concerning is hygiene. Amazon sellers are listing used intimate products, which can pose serious health risks. For example, dandruff and scalp conditions can easily spread through such items. The unit I received had hair strands stuck in its grooves—a clear sign of prior use. This is unhygienic and unacceptable.It’s clear that Amazon’s so-called “quality checks” are only for namesake. Products are shipped directly from sellers without any real inspection or screening.When I contacted customer care, they informed me they would “investigate” and get back in six days. That means I’m left with a dead, unhygienic product while they take their time to look into it.This is a highly disappointing experience. Amazon must take strict action against such sellers and ensure proper quality checks to protect customers from unsafe, unhygienic, and defective products.

I frequently suffer from stress headaches and with a hunch it might feel close to a massage done by a human on our heads, I ordered. Honestly, although it doesn't feel like a human hand, but it does releive the stress headache in 30 mins ( I use it 10 minutes).. You get to unplug the massagers and wash them. Simple and elegant design. Battery life is good. Worth it. Not for heavy headaches, do not force it much on your head it needs to be gentle enough.
