I received order late and I was out of Country for 15 days now when I have open the Item parts are missing and its mention is used product I need my refund or a new piece

IKEA never fails to impress with its superb quality assurance. The product is neat, elegant, has smooth edges and just the right size to hold your day today clothes. Happy and content. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the product even if the packaging could have been better. The package was already open when I received it. And the rack had a few scratches due to that. I found it really easy to assemble and it’s light but sturdy. And it has a good balance. Hung clothes on it and tried to topple it but it stayed on the ground. And I like the clean design lines on this. There are similar products but I prefer this minimal design. ***Update*** So after the first rack I bought, I really loved it so I bought 3 more racks. But during that time there were a lot of weather delays due to the intense rain in certain parts of India. So the delivery of the product was late. And I got worried in what state the racks would reach in. But thankfully the packaging of the products had improved from the last time so I appreciate that the seller took the feedback on packaging. Maybe next time bubble wrap can be added to the packaging. But I love the racks and so happy with them.

Very good and sturdy!

Ordered it for my house. Helps me sort my clothes, especially the used one that are to be repeated like the jackets etc. and the one that I make ready to be worn in the coming week. The white colour looks good and gives an aesthetic appeal to the room. Easy to assemble and pretty much sturdy once its done. Overpriced. Much above what you give for this one in the Ikea store.
