- It's Chinese name is "Mao-feng." We call this organic Green tea - "Green Mountain Thunder." The premium leaves will steep a fresh, "just picked" Green tea flavor!
- As Green tea has some caffeine we couldn't help but include the word "thunder" in its name.
- This is a Green tea with crescent shaped dark green leaves.
- Steep 1 teaspoon per 8-10 oz of hot but not boiling water (pouring boiling water over the leaves can cause bitterness). Green tea gives 2+ steepings.
