J'ai acheté ce téléphone il y a moins d'un an, et l'écran tactile ne fonctionne absolument pas (1cm des bordures de l'écran, pas de sensibilité = impossibilité de taper les lettres dans les messages par exemple, ou encore bouton du milieu ne répondant pas pour revenir à l'écran d'accueil et aussi menu à dérouler depuis le haut de l'écran pour afficher les notifications ne fonctionne pas).Je suis extrêmement déçue du produit, alors qu'une publicité en fait des éloges. A qui dois-je m'adresser pour me faire rembourser, ou me faire remplacer au moins mon téléphone ?Dans l'attente de votre réponse.

I have owned this phone for three weeks and it just shut off for no reason and will not restart. I have recharged it, tried the hard restart with the volume up and power buttons. t is just dead. As I've now read elsewhere this problem is nothing new and this phone struggles with power issues and it suddenly crashing for no reason is nothing new. I'm really disappointed.

Worst phone I've ever had. Filled with bloatware (sony apps), edges of the touch screen stopped working a few weeks in, overheats when doing whatsapp video calls, after it overheats it's incredibly slow and only a restart fixes it, sometimes it takes 5-9 seconds for the screen unlock to open after pressing button, annoyingly loud speakerphone on video calls (i have to cover it with my finger cause it hurts my ears), very dim LED.I want my money back so I can buy a good phone!!!

The phone came with some apps that cannot be deleted, such as the Playstation app, but you can disable them all.The battery life was worse than expected, but that does not mean it was terrible by any means.The case is kind of slippery, which made it a tad annoying if you are someone who props up their phone and watches stuff a lot.Overall, I had no major issues with this phone. Great phone for a great price.

Loved everything about the phone until the touchscreen stopped working about 1 year into using it! This wasn't due to any sort of damage, and seems to be a common issue once googled. The top of the screen and right-hand side of the screen no longer responds to touch, which unfortunately basically makes the phone unusable.
